Unfortunately will have to return as this gift for my wife seems an odd shape. She loved the fleece, however the arms are skink tight which doesn't make it comfortable....very strange sizing.

It's a tee shirt. It fits me rather well due to their comprehensive fitting guide. The design is witty and has created a couple of comments from my fellow musician colleagues.

For some reason my last order was sent all around the country even though I have been a long standing customer. The final insult was the order was returned to base and I was told to re order which was not possible due to the items being out of stock. I finally received a cash refund.

Delivery was prompt but one of the items ordered was incorrect, even though the delivery note stated what should have been in packaging. I returned said item but have received no response

I brought a lambs wool jumper, the first jumper came, it smelt awful, I washed it once and it was no better, wrote to customer services, had not heard anything after 4 days. Rang customer services. They could do nothing but put a note onto the order. After 7 days got an email, probably took less than 5 mins. I asked for another one to be sent, smells no better. I’ve once the first on twice now, but for £65 jumpers, is fluffy and started to pile already. I’ve bought loads of stuff from Weird Fish over 10 years, the quality is getting worse.

All fine, except the packaging - these were a gift for my other half, and were delivered to a neighbour as we weren't in, along with other parcels. My partner collected them and therefore saw very clearly the Weirdfish emblazoned packaging. At Christmas particularly, plain packaging should be used. He now knows about some of his xmas gifts!!

Ordered the top, was told it was ready for dispatch even given a Royal Mail tracking reference, after 10 days asked where it was only to find out that the warehouse didn't have my size anymore, finally given a refund...disappointed !,,

I had to call the customer helpline three times in order to find out what had happened to my order . Weird Fish don’t appear to worry about their customers unless they make a great fuss.

I've paid for order, yet not received it! When I spoke to customer care I've been told the item has been dispatched from weird fish and they are aware of the problem it is with Royal Mail (at this point I'm going to point out I received another order from you days before) would I like to re-order it, someone will ring me. Still waiting (it's a Christmas present!)

I liked the style of this T-Shirt especially combination of print and plain. However the neckline was faulty in that on the outside it was not sewn properly and hence it was a raw edge. My first thought was to return it but as it was under half price and it was out of stock in my size, I decided to keep it try and rectify the error in this instance. It would be a good idea for stock to be checked before despatch. Hence the reason of the rating.

I have used Weird Fish before and have always been happy with the quick service. However this time the parcel did not arrive and I feel that customer services took longer than necessary to sort this. I am still waiting for the 2nd parcel to arrive.

I love Weird Fish clothes but ordering on the internet and on the phone was fraught with problems because the Internet showed items were in stock when in fact they were out of stock at the warehouse and even customer service did not know what was happening and had to request an investigation into why my goods had not arrived on next day delivery. I was told I had to wait to find out because I was part of a long queue of enquieries. So the problem was not just with my order. I was fobbed of with Black Friday being the cause as there had been lots of orders. The fact that Black Friday was two weeks earlier was a lame excuse. The problem is the system they use, it needs updating.

Since buying this item it appears the sizing is totally wrong, when I took it to my local shop for an exchange I was informed they no longer stocked this...a refund was requested and refused..

I returned goods 11 days ago and have still not received a refund. Parcels I returned at exactly the same time by exactly the same method to other companies were refunded on over a week ago. Why is your company so much slower? I emailed you asking when I’d get a refund three days ago, and you have not replied.
