“I bought several jumpers from you in the past which have been very good...indeed I still have two of them which I still wear. However last year the quality and sizing was poor and really even though I returned and exchanged one I really should have returned that one too. Your sizing is now ridiculous it's still too big. This year the same happened even when I ordered a medium ( your guide said large !) it was still not right . Frankly the quality seems to have reduced as well and I returned it to you. Have you changed your supplier as sizing and quality seems to have gone wrong.”

“The website didn’t send a confirmation email and I had to phone, the parcel took days to arrive, items returned and many days later I have absolutely no idea if it has been received or I have my substantial refund. I shall not be using this website again.”

“My order had items missing , when you ring them they are very nice but don’t actually do anything, or refund what is returned . Then I was sent out the wrong size as a replacement or what was missing .”

“I order on line but never recieved my order. After being told it had been dispatched and would be landing on my doorstep soon. After inquiring about my order I was informed the warehouse did not have anything left that day and nothing left in stock and my money refunded as this was a gift I was not very happy”

“Ordered on a black Friday deal clothes looked great. One week later and no jumper. Called and told it's on its way. 3 e mail's and 2 calls later sorry was never dispatched and now out of stock. Refunded but disappointing service. Unlikely to order again”

“I used to love and buy lots of weirdfish clothes but during the past several months have had to return everything because they are now making them far too long. I notice the models are 5ft 9inch, which is far taller than the average woman in the UK. Weirdfish, if you now intend to only make clothes to suit taller women, could you introduce a standard or petite range to suit the rest of the population”

“Lovely print and colours. This was accurate when the garment arrived, but it was far too long for me when I am 5' 1''. I was swamped by it. The sizing of the 10 was right and fitted well otherwise. (I did think I'd keep it and chop it off, but that's galling for a new and expensive item). I returned it and am still waiting for my refund. So currently not a happy customer!”

“Clothes excellent value when they arrive. Process when they don’t is very poor. They are not interested even after 4 phone calls in 7 days! Charge back procedures have been invoked. Try Ann’s Cottage instead.”
