“I ordered a T shirt you sent me a woollen type sweat shirt (£50) I sent it back after phoning and was hoping for sweat shirt but got refund instead.I am away at moment so will ring when I get back to find out reason for refund”

“Unfortunately had to give a poor review as had a long wait for my item to arrive and when it did arrive my Damla full zip macaroni sweatshirt ecru was poorly machined and had a miss stitch right across the front, had to return for refund.”

“I ordered two items on a Friday before 3pm and paid for next day delivery. The T&C's said items orderd before 3pm would be despatched the same day so I expected delivery on the Saturday or Monday but nothing was delivered until the following Friday, and only 1 item. On contacting customer services I was told that the other item was now out of stock so I had not been charged for it, and they would refund the 'Next day delivery' postage but I am still waiting. Also, the T-Shirt which did arrive was too big. It is a small but measures as 42" chest so be careful of the sizing. I have several purchases of wierd fish from high street shops and have always been very happy, so will not order on line again.”

“I purchased two of these. I returned mine (2XL) only because I didn't like the colour. I thought it was Olive (Yellow-Green) but is was nearer hunter Green or British Racing Green (Blue-Green). Not my preference, I bought the second for my Father who loved it. Sizes are very good. Always consistent high quality. Will be back. Colour in picture on web-site a bit mis-leading. Rating does not reflect the item quality, more the image on web-site”

“ordered a jacket which turns out to be way to big even for an XL. returned the item and 2 weeks later... nothing. no confirmation of return. no expected delivery date for the replacement, just nothing. have a lot of Wierd Fish clothing but if this is the way forward then things will be changing.”

“I ordered a jumper which when it arrived was too big, I took it back to our local shop and they said they can not exchange it as it was ordered online...I was very disappointed with this...so then I had to send it back, but online the item was out of stock...but they had it in the shop”

“After 26 purchases all good but this time a late delivery. One day late No apology from weird fish no refund of £ 2.99 24 hrs delivery fee it appears to be no difrent to other mail order company's I thought thay are better than that !.”

“I ordered Cruiser 1/4 zip Classis Macaroni Sweatshirt Ecru size M which was promptly dispatched. The garment was too large for me and I returned it requesting an exchange for small size. Instead of exchanging the item, I received a refund, however, I had previously used a voucher giving me a £10 discount so if I re-order I will have to pay the full price- not impressed”

“I found it unacceptable to have to wait for almost a month before money is refunded into bank from item returned date of arrival at weird fish premises....most companies refund within a day or two....Weird Fish would not wait that length of time for purchases...Not impressed .....”

“Unable to process my payment "on-line" (as I've always done) and needed to telephone for assistance. Wrong size sent (later told correct size was "out of stock"). Needed to return wrong size (a 20 mile round trip to the Post Office at Xmas time!!) before my account was credited and unhelpful telephone advice regarding the return. Usually excellent service let down badly by this experience.”
