“Very disappointed with my first order online, having purchased a macaroni hoodie, it arrived with a large hole down one side. Annoyingly I wanted it for the weekend and phoned customer services and I was surprised the garments are not quality checked before being posted”

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that there was a fault on your top. Our quality checks are made at the point of manufacture so we are sorry if this fault has got through. This will be reported upon return. Please use your free postage label and form provided with your delivery. We would advise getting a receipt of postage. We can either fully refund or exchange.

“I bought this jumper in navy and green because they looked great and they fitted lovely but on wearing them they leave bits of fluff everywhere.”

Thank you for your feedback. The jumper you have ordered is made from 100% Polyester and comes with a tag saying 'Keep me looking great by using a pilling comb'. This is due to the fluff and 'pilling' which can occur. Once you have washed the garment this should reduce the issue too.

“Promotion photos for their Mens Jeans indicate a "W" stitching pattern on the reverse pockets. When they arrived they had a plain parallel stitch pattern on the pockets. Just a small thing I know but it does make quite a difference and gives the impression they are just selling any old pair of Jeans with a Weird Fish label stitched inside. Sent back for a refund.”

We are currently taking new photo shoots and we will update the website as soon as we can. We hope you used your free postage label to return and we will either exchange or refund upon receipt.

“First ordered items on offer only to be charged full price so items returned, ordered again when on offer only to be informed a week later one item not on stock, get it together please and respond to customers when you are supposed to!”

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, if the voucher code is not entered on the order it will go through at full price. You can contact us and we can refund the difference for you. On this occasion were fully refunded upon return for this order. We contacted you within 2 working days of placing your order so we apologise if you did not see our email straight away.

“Advert offered a discount of 15 per cent . On th strength of this I placed an order. At checkout I applied the relevant code and it showed the discount. When I paid the discount wasn't there. When I emailed to get the discount I've got stuck in a, still on going email saga! The discount isn't massive but enough to encourage me to order as I didn't receive it I won't be ordering again.”

“I ordered two dresses together. Both arrived quickly, within 2 days of ordering. Unfortunately, one was the wrong colour - it had been labelled incorrectly on the website, and the other was very small sizing. So I exchanged both having contacted weird fish. They were very helpful and apologetic. I am waiting for both exchanges to be delivered, having sent them both back.”

“Was v happy with previous purchases, shirts and sweatshirts. The jeanns i bought in dec were not of the same quality. Holes came in the pocket and the side where belt loops are ripped. Was disappointed as all my other purchases have always been great.”

“Delivered item was faulty - split side seam, so had to return item. The on-line experience was OK. Had to call as no notification of a refund was sent to my e-mail address when replacement item out of stock.”

“Thought this was a bit of a bargain at £13.50 for a £40 top until i tried it on & found that the shoulders come up in weird peaks like something off Dallas! I've washed it several times tried ironing the peaks but no joy & at £13.50 i can't be bothered sending it back,i'm just disappointed in weird fish quality control & will think twice before ordering again.”

“The Jumper had abnormally long arms and by the time I find out i'd already removed the labels , I have other jumpers of the same style which haven't had this issue but unfortunately wasted my money on this purchase”
