“I have recently collected my order from the Post Office and on opening the package, I was very disappointed to find this item roughly folded up and in an unsealed plastic bag. On taking the top from the bag I found it had not been folded properly and the front neck edge was stained with makeup. Due to this I have not even tried the top on and have packaged it up to return to you tomorrow. I was very surprised to receive this top in this condition as I have always received excellent service from your shops.”

“I absolutely love the scarf I bought from weird fish, it’s soft and the colour is vibrant with flowers however the ordering process was very poor I’d paid to have next day delivery and I didn’t receive it next day I also couldn’t track and trace my parcel, I was assured it was coming that day by Royal Mail when I rang customer service but it didn’t arrive I then rang again the following day and asked if they could find out where my parcel was for me, I explained the tracking wasn’t working at my end, I asked for my delivery charge back as it hadn’t arrived when it was promised. The first time I rang I didn’t think the lady was very happy with the fact I’d rung asking where my parcel was but the second time I spoke to a lady and she seemed more interested in what I was asking for and she helped me to look for my parcel and explained my order would be with me that day she apologised that it hadn’t arrived when it should have and said she would refund my delivery.”

“Very disappointed with the fabric and fit of this garment. It hung badly and was very creased from the packaging, which even after hanging overnight had not smoothed out, which doesn't bode well for taking it on holidays. Returned.”

“Customer Service/Care is unhelpful, unfriendly and uninterested. It felt like I was a nuisance and why was I asking questions. My daughter also called and received the same response. Good value clothing but could be a little more fitted.”

“No complaints about their products, which are of a very high standard. Their Customer Service is appalling. Having admitted that the photos of mens Jeans are incorrect they completely ignored my request for a refund of postage or even a discount on my next purchase by way of apology. Their "Fit Finder" is also not fit for purpose. Recommended I order "Large" Tee Shirts which were absolutely HUGE when I tried them on. Their sizes are always on the generous side so I should have trusted my own judgement and ordered "Medium" I have sent the "Large" ones back (Over 13 Euros Post from Spain) and ordered the correct size "Medium"”

“I ordered the wrong size online. I phoned to cancel, which was no problem , but was told the right size was no longer available. So I went back online and ordered the right size! It arrived as requested and is still available on the website now, 10 days later”
