“The Jumper had abnormally long arms and by the time I find out i'd already removed the labels , I have other jumpers of the same style which haven't had this issue but unfortunately wasted my money on this purchase”

“Was very happy when my Order arrived promptly and garments were excellent quality as they always are, but unfortunately had to return one item, return service is also easy to use, BUT! I put on form which garment I would like in exchange (or refund), I tracked the return of original garment, and have had NO reply what so ever!”

“Bought in the sales as too expensive to buy normally. Arrived and on opening the package was hit with a very strong chemical smell from the garment. Hung it up overnight but still didn't get any better. My husbands suggestion was to wash it but as it's a heavy garment and handwash only this was not an option. Returned the day after receiving, just to get the smell out of the house.”

“I was very upset when my husband took delivery of this parcel, which was a surprise present for him, and the packaging had weird fish all over it. I had ticked the box to say it was a present and now the surprise is spoilt.”

“Not impressed with the quality of the garment, within less than a week there was obvious pilling to the inside of the arms and around the inner collar. Had I paid full price I would be very disappointed and even at half price I do not feel the garment is good value for money.”

“Order a fleece for Christmas, which came with the left arm not stitched on the bottom cuff Returned it and re ordered a new one, which came exactly the same, either all are poor quality, or they sent me the same item back that I had returned”

“Love Weird Fish usually but sadly this product was faulty! The pickets were sewn onto the back! The overall quality wasn’t great, seemed very thin. But it was less expensive than other tunics. I exchanged for a different tunic in a shop (Carmarthen ) and I believe the shop assistant will have informed you re the fault”
