“Today is 8/11/18, jacket ordered 25/10/18 and it still hasn’t been received. Made 2 phone calls to Weird Fish and I’ve been told a Royal Mail problem. Item to be reissued, I’m sure I’ll be pleased with item when it arrives because I’ve had one before but service delivery not acceptable.”

“Loved the garment. Great material, great style, (apart from the drop in the back hem which was not illustrated or mentioned in your booklet) good quality, but massive. Used your size guide. It was easy, but totally inaccurate. Top (Macaroni quarter zip) was so large I couldn't see my hands. I returned it and asked for another top in a smaller size instead. I have heard nothing from you.”

“Returned a jacket which was too big and requested a smaller size. Followed up with a phone call five days later. Still waiting for replacement after a week with no notification. It was confirmed during my phone conversation that the return had been received! Not like you Weird Fish, normal so good!”

“Product is the usual Weird Fish high standard with an excellent design, but since they have moved their warehouse they are unable to meet any of their extended delivery times. Emails to customer services take up to 12 working days to respond as they are so busy. Advise anyone to place orders early for Christmas to avoid any disappointment. Perhaps they have expanded without the appropriate staff in place to deal with day to day running.”

“Hi My top had a large pull in the back so I returned it. I have heard nothing since; even after sending an E mail. I do not want to rate Weird Fish as the original delivery was very prompt; and my old stuff has worn very very well. Lets see when the new top arrives! Looks like I have to put a rating in!!”

“Had a really disappointing order experience. Order placed 1/10/18 . Product never arrived by 5/10 contacted company who advised was on its way by 8/10 then again by 12/10 and again by 18/10! Product never arrived. This had been intended for a gift but never arrived in time. I was originally offered 20%off next order I complained this did not compensate enough for the level of inconvenience I had experienced. I was given a voucher code for £20. This didn’t work. The lady at customer service did resolve and was helpful. I have found weird fish no where near as good as it was . Quality and sizing has changed somewhat. We now order 4-5xl as the sizing is so bad. Often they can be exactly the same as a 3xl. After three four washes they are losing their colour. If I could find another suitable brand I would .”

“I was very disappointed with the state my Tessy was sent out on. It has been literally crammed into the smallest bag I've ever seen which had rips in it and had clearly been out before as the sticky strip was no longer working. When I managed to get it out of the bag, it was covered in dust / muck. It honestly looked like it had been kicked round the warehouse floor. I nearly sent it straight back, but then decided to try it on to see if I wanted to risk ordering another one. As it happened it fit perfectly, but I did have to go at it with a stiff clothes brush to get all the dust (whatever it was off) and decided to keep it. Really disappointed with the way this product arrived - not good enough at all!!”

“was disappointed with the number of threads not properly finished off in fact one could have caused the garment to rip out As I have several items from weird fish and have had never had any problem I fixed it myself”

“The item which I kept from this order is lovely. However, with regards to the rest of the order, after being told the item was unavailable, no further contact was made! I subsequently contacted Weird Fish three times, attempting to reorder in another colour, then chasing up why it had not arrived. On the third call I was told it was marked down that they could not fulfill the order but no one had informed me! Not impressed!”

“You initially despatched the wrong size sending a 20 instead of an 18. Using your sizing tool with accurate measurements the 18 was still too big.”

“Ordered in the middle of a system changeover took almost a month before I was informed that majority of my order was no longer available. Had to ring 3 times until I finally received a refund- that part was handled well. Very disappointing !!!”

“Didn't advise their warehouse was moving before ordering, so the order was delayed. Phoned customer service twice who were unable to give any updates on the delivery situation. When the order did arrive it was small for the published size, so needed returning and a larger size ordering. After I complained about the poor service their response was to offer a 20% discount code against future orders that did not work! Poor performance in this day and age, purchase at your own risk from Weird Fish. The Weird thing about this organisation is their very poor customer care....”

“Delivered promptly, Unfortunately the logo on the back was sewn on crooked and there was a knotted join in the wool on the back. Hopefully they will replace the one I have sent back.”
