“Ordered a cardigan, usual size ,but it was huge, very stretchy and with a very large low neck. Not up to Weird Fish usual standard.”

“Good quality clothing but very poor service. For the 2nd time I ticked the "this is a gift" section to ensure plain packaging - and for the 2nd time it arrived in Weird Fish packaging, which my husband saw - surprise gift for him ruined. I emailed them several days ago to complain......still waiting for a response.”

“Not arrived yet, although I have a tracking number it’s telling me ‘ sender preparing item we are expecting it. That was on 27th September it’s now 2nd October! Until it arrives I cannot review.”

“I purchased various items in may 2018. I have to date not yet received them. Karen offered to re-send the package as it appears to have been lost by Royal mail. If i log on to the tracking system today it again only show in transit from Bristol Mail Centre since 30July. I would suggest you offer a courier service - which i would be willing to pay for - the normal postal services are no longer a reliable as it used to be.”

“I received the dress promptly and the fit was wonderful - a really lovely dress! Very useful too. BUT - THERE WAS A FAULT IN THE MATERIAL NEAR THE HEM WHERE THE THREAD HAD BEEN BROKEN. How quality control could miss this is beyond me. Unfortunately I had to send it back. I'm now waiting for my replacement.”

“I would have been pleased with product but you sent the wrong colour as it was the wrong Order No and now you tell me it will take 10 days to send the correct one even though you have received my return. I find this very disappointing.”

“Delivery was not next day as I had paid for. When bag arrived the stitching on handle was undone and I had to resew it. Like bag otherwise but couldn't be bothered to send it back.”
