“The item that arrived was different to the photo. Despite 2 phone calls and 2 emails over a wee ago I have not had a response from the company which is a shame because my son really likes the brand.”

“I received my order fairly prompt, however, One of the items was missing. I left an email and no one got back to me. I called Weird Fish before 5pm on the day of delivery but after the 3rd time of being disconnected, I gave up. I called a few days later (waiting for an email reply) and spoke to someone who was going to contact the warehouse - she never called back like I was told. I phoned up the following day and spoke to another adviser who said there was no notes or messages left against my account . This second adviser said she would just resend the missing item (as human error does occur), and the item was still in stock (Hurrah!) But that has not come yet either, overall, VERY disappointed,”

“Was very disappointed. Ordered 2 duktor who t shirts to attend a premiere of the new doctor who series. Took 3 weeks to arrive and got them too late. When l contacted weird fish they said they were moving warehouse supplier and there was a delay. Why not sent a courtesy email advising this then instead of taking my order and inviting a complaint. Shudda got a refund.”

“I would normally rate weirdfish 5* and have bought many different items from them over the years and been 100% satisfied. However, the last 4 or 5 things I have bought I have had to send back because they are far far too long. What's happened to the sizing Weirdfish? The average height of women is around 5ft 4in but the new clothes seem to be designed for very tall women. One very disappointed customer 🙁”

“Your sizing is problematic. For example, your medium sweatshirt is larger than the Crew large size .. maybe your target demographic is fond of the pub, but it's the second time I've ordered ex medium on.line and had to return. I visited van outlet and to be honest found your sizings pretty amazing. I'm a fit man 5 feet 10,;around 12 stone and I seem to be small to your company!”

“Order was not delivered on time, and part was missing. Customer Services didn't have a clue what was happening and I was given contradictory information when I enquired. No communication that the order could not be filled, or that I would be charged only for the part that was delivered. £20 compensation voucher offered, but am not sure I want to put up with possible hassle again. We'll see.”

“Ordered two t shirts with 20% off deal which worked out at £16 each. Only one was delivered as one was “Out of Stock”. Next day received another email offering two t shirts for £35 (£17.50 each). Strange that the t shirt which had been out of stock at £16 was in stock (in both colours) at the higher price!”
