“The cheaper end of the products, really are cheap. I've had poor stitching poor shaping of garments and marks on products where they have Bern returned and sent out again. It's a shame because some of the clothing is good and in a style I like but until quality control improves I will be wary of what I buy.”

“Orders made on 27th November didn’t receive them till 7th of December they only dispatched them on the 5th December. Way to long to wait for items .items bought as usual are good quality it’s just the shipping time that would make me think twice about buying again.”

“Although the web site said the item was available at the time of purchase it was not included in the order I received, with no acknowledgement included in the package. When I pointed this out, you informed me that the item was no longer available and gave me a refund. It is a shame that your systems do not ensure that if an item is advertised as being available at the time of order it is not reserved to ensure it is still available at the time of dispatch.”

“I have mixed feelings about Weird Fish. I have three items I love with a passion, but I have probably returned three times that number because of sizing and quality issues. One of the things I own hasn't worn that well and has gone bobbly early on - a sweatshirt that also arrived with one pocket toggle missing. A fourth item which I now don't like - a jumper - has gone misshapen quickly. The hanging up loop in my coat persistently breaks - wasn't sewn in properly in the first place. I have a newish jumper which I liked so much that I ordered it in a different colour and it never came. Customer Services were pleasant. They answered promptly and apologised profusely but were completely ineffectual in getting the item to me. Eventually I cancelled and ordered again and that one hasn't arrived either. You'd expect 3-5 days but the lead in time for despatch is a week. Too long. So quality and service both poor. Products appealing but often disappointing. Refunds take a long time too.”

“Ordered a size medium as my husband has already got a fleece which is small( but looks large) and it fits perfectly. However when he tried it on the sleeves were fine but the chest and waist were far too tight. I have returned the item and asked for a refund (which I’m still waiting for) as I’m not sure which size to order …”
