“Placing the order with Wierd Fish was easy and acknowledgment sent immediately. However the delivery service provided, EVRI, was not good. They emailed me to inform me that they had delivered my parcel but it was not delivered and the delivery picture was blank so no evidence provided. I have contacted you about this and waiting for a reply”

“I purchased two items, returned one and still waiting on my refund, please can you expedite this, many thanks. I also had to ask for another label to return the item as the quality of the label you sent was unable to be read by the scanner, not a great start I'm afraid!”

“The top that I purchased will be up to the usual high quality, but unfortunately, on this occasion, the delivery time is very long, 8 days since the order was placed and still waiting for dispatch. Really disappointing because the top was bought as a birthday present.”

“Description of items ordered stated the leg length was 'short', generally this would be a 28" leg, however these were 30" and far too long. Description was incorrect. Items were returned and no refund has been received as yet. DIsappointing for such a well know company. I did expect more. The quality of the jeans ordered however, had they been short enough, was good!”

“You took far too long to process my refund (2 weeks) even though the parcel was sent back and delivered by post office tracked delivery. Amazon on the other hand gives an instant refund the minute the return parcel is scanned in the shop - you need to learn and improve refund speeds and thus avoid people (me) having to spend ages on the phone to find out why no money has been returned. Online shopping sounds very useful in principle but it is deficient in practice. Clothes can easily be the wrong size, colour, wrong texture/ material or just not what one wants after trying them on. I also paid for expensive 48 hours tracked to avoid postal strikes but then wasted the £5+ postage which was not refunded: I won't be doing this again in a hurry!”

“I have had 2 of these tops for 3 years plus, size 18. Live in them both all winter. Just brought another in the new colour green and a zip up one as well, size 18 and they are both much smaller. I will keep them but they are both more snug & will only be able to wear with a t-shirt under. Just hope they don't shrink in wash.”

“I sent back the item as the arms were too tight and I am a size 12 but ordered a 14. I sent it back on 27/10/22 but have not yet had a refund. I do love your clothes but I am disappointed this time .”
