“Bought a teddy bear coat in the sale and I absolutely love it- great for just throwing on and so incredibly warm in this cold weather. However my husband bought me a jumper dress and I was very disappointed with it as in a matter of 2 or 3 wears it has gone out of shape and looks really cheap. Mixed feelings about this company- I will be quite cautious when thinking about further purchases.”

“This is based on my last order that went "missing" i.e. lost in courier tracking a replacement order was put in place but sadly one of my items by this time was out of stock. Replacement was sent by Royal mail. I have never had any problems with my previous orders.”

“Item didn’t arrive, a problem with the dispatch. Contacted Weird Fish and money refunded straight away as the jacket had sold out. Fleece has since come back in stock, or maybe they found my original order. Have reordered and am hopeful I will receive this time-🤞”

“Not a great transaction this time. One item was sold out despite it being available to buy on the website. The two jackets I bought had strange sizing and so I returned them. Disappointed.”

“Used to love their clothes but don't like designs and quality so much now. They need to stop fixation on discounts (sales constantly on) and just sell lovely things, sustainably sourced and sold.”

“I have ordered 3 items recently from Weird Fish. Unfortunately I received someone else's order instead of my first order but that situation has hopefully been resolved as I re-ordered the item this morning and had been sent a refund. I am very happy with my most recent order which was a hat reduced from approx. £22 to approx. £6. A bargain!”

“Sadly I never received my Weird Fish dress. It got lost in EVRI deliveries. However Weird Fish kindly refunded me the money plus postage. I've had other dresses in the past and been very pleased with my purchases.”
