“The jacket I brought was nice but found it cheaper at go outdoors after purchasing so was disappointed that the main site charged above that.”

“Until recently I was very happy with my orders. A few weeks ago I ordered two fleece tops, 1 size 10 and 1 size 12. Both of them were far too big so I ordered size 8 but they were too small; therefore I was not particularly happy with my recent experience”

“I only wish I could write a review about the products that I ordered. Nearly a month later I am still awaiting delivery from EVRI - enough said. Weird Fish despatched almost straight away. I have not had one update from EVRI in 3 weeks. Weird Fish your courier service is letting you down. Such a shame because I love Weird Fish macaroni tops. I was looking forward to some new colours to wear during the cold spell. Maybe I will get them in time for next winter?”

“Items never arrived. Ordered on 25th November and writing this review on 22nd of December. The problem was the courier Evri. Weird Fish customer services were understanding but unable to do anything because they were unable to contact the courier directly. A refund was requested and recieved quickly, once it was evident the items were not coming. The courier difficulties sadly reflect badly on Weird Fish, who untill now have always provided a reliable service.”

“I absolutely love some of my Weird Fish items but recently I bought some of the eco fleeces and I do not like the material at all. The fit was also different to the other items i purchased. I am always a 10 and the fleece i bought was very snug around the shoulders. The arms were also shorter. I bought a size XL top for my husband and the sizing is completely off. It is much bigger than a normal XL and certainly more than one size bigger than the L i bought for someone else. The mittens were also made small. So in general i was not happy with the material and fit with a lot of the items. I am still waiting for the hat i ordered.....”

“Love your products. I've ordered a lot with you in the past but you sent the wrong item within a big order of other correct items, after waiting a long time for delivery online. Inconvenient as it was a Christmas gift but it won't stop me ordering again. Customer service is great.”

“Always had amazing service until my last order. I had a missing items. I had the parcel 3 weeks before opening it to wrap it for a present. I noticed a missing item so I emailed and they gave me a refund. I don’t understand why I had to email regarding the missing item to get the refund. If the item was out of stock surely I should have been given the refund automatically. Normal the service is 10/10 but I’m very disappointed this time.”

“I love the quality of the clothes but I do feel that the ladies tops don’t fit correctly- they are too tight across the busy and therefore tight under the arms and if you go up a size they are then too baggy around the neck. I am a standard size as is my Mum and we both have this problem.”

“I have many Weird Fish shirts, Polo Tops and T Shirts that I am mostly happy with. However, over the last 18 months or so, I have found the sizing not only inconsistent, but of late the shirt collar sizes outrageously large for the size of shirt. I wouldn’t expect a Medium shirt to have a 20” collar or a medium T shirt to be tight on the body yet down on my butt in length. I have logged this with customer services a couple of times who have been sympathetic but bottom line was there not much they can do about it. I doubt very much that I’m the only bloke witnessing these problems. I’m now buying such things elsewhere. Shame.”

“Ordering easy, delivery good, but sweatshirt sizes are way out. I,m a size 16 but ordered an 18 so I could wear something under it. Size 18 is more like a size 14. Most things shrink a little bit in the wash, if these shrink I will have wasted my money as they wont fit at all. Otherwise, I,m pleased with the quality.”

“Website great, stock also great but not first time I've had problems with delivery. Even though I had paid for next day delivery it still took eleven days to arrive. I understand there was postal strike but why take payment for next day delivery when that is impossible. Not the first problem I've had with delivery so unsure if I will use website again”

“T shirts great quality good length .delivery by Evri absolutely shambles such a shame as pleased with the items but the shine taken off by delivery taking 4 weeks having been told the t shirts could not be found????”

“Ordered a couple of items both I’ve had before. This time only one of them fitted and the other was at least 2 sizes bigger than previous order. Unfortunately by the time I found out all other sizes were unavailable. Great products that last well but so e issues with sizing.”
