“Had a problem with necks on T shirts varying,phoned customer services,not a lot of help I am afraid,the quality of your clothing is excellent normally.”

“Company went into details about what size I should buy, but it was too big. Arrived promptly, returned the following day, but refund was a long time coming, compared to other companies.”

“The garments are fine problem is the size, all tops i have are 2XL the two fleece tops ive just got are 2XL but smaller, not as wide and at least 2 inches shorter. WHY ??”

“I have previously had a lot of things which were good. The two items this time, after following your guidelines for size were both much too tight and too small. I have returned them and am awaiting a refund. I am very disappointed that you you got it wrong so did not reorder. Jean Ashton.”

“Was going to use the bag for the first time today, but cannot work out how to shorten the strap. Part of the belt like clip seems to be round the wrong way, if not it is a weird setup. Certainly not how a buckle usually works. May ring the company to try and clear this up. ,”
