“Normally very good but on this occasion I never received my order. I received someone else’s. I had to go to the post office and return them. Never got mine. Very dissatisfied and disappointed on this occasion as the items I ordered where to take away. I must add that I am normally very pleased with the service though.”

“The jeans were a good length and fit but the belt loop was ripped so unfortunately had to send them back. I have not received my money back though or an email to say when this might happen”

“My last order has been a complete mess! The first time I have had any problem. I ordered 3 items, told they had got dispatched. Then had email to say one wasn't available. Money refunded, told if I reordered a different colour discount would remain the same. Looked on line, dress I wanted was there so ordered it. When it arrived it was the completely wrong dress, had the wrong label on I. So returned, that was two weeks ago, still waiting for refund!!”

“This rating is not for the quality of your clothing, which I rate excellent, but for the very slow refund arrangements. Unfortunately, the tunic I ordered was too small and was returned to you on the 17th October according to the Royal Mail tracking site. I am disappointed not to have received a refund confirmation email yet (28th Oct)”

“The item I purchased was of very good quality and the delivery was quick and impressive. The reason for the two stars is I had to chase for a refund of an item that was too large. This was a shame because other than that the overall experience with weird fish would have received 5 stars.”

“I recently placed my first order with you for a shirt and some Jeans. It was the Jeans that made me order from you - they looked perfect. I found the shirt to go with them. A week after placing the order you tell me that because of an error with the website, you don't have the jeans and that I should re-order. It felt a lazy way to deal with this issue. I won't be using you again.”

“I returned the item on 5/10/22 because it was unsuitable. I used your return form and posted on 5/10/22 and as of today I’m still waiting for my refund. I will order something more suitable once I receive my £34 refund. When can I expect this.”
