“received an email advising the expected delivery date which was much longer than when I ordered. I rang as the date wasn't convenient. we would be way on holiday and I was told it couldn't be delayed as it had gone to dispatch. Sometime later I received another email advising it was still at dispatch so why couldn't it be delayed? It did arrive whilst we were away and it was left next to our rubbish bin on the floor. The replies I received to my emails left a lot for improvement. Most unhelpful. Will think twice before I order again”

“Ordered specific item. The wrong item was delivered with no order or return form. Asked for original item to be sent rather than refund. Heard nothing and got refund instead. Not very impressed”

“I was pleased with some of the items purchased but totally let down by your returns. Upon returning 3 items I was refunded for one and despite numerous e mails I am still awaiting a response 2 weeks later. I shall not be buying again from you!”

“I always liked Weird Fish clothing. The quality is excellent. However, my recent order arrived minus two t-shirts which were marked as out of stock on the delivery receipt. These were ordered 10 days previous and I have had no communication from Weird Fish informing me these were out of stock. Now I need to find replacements at very short notice.”

“Good product but I had to return it as I was promised next day delivery but it arrived on day 3. Since it was a present and timing was important, I had to buy another present from elsewhere. I now have to pay to return the item as it is no longer required.”

“Followed the sizing instructions on the website as so many clothes now are not all the same, Package arrived, completely the wrong order, had to send back and they were good in immediately sending the right items however the sizes were way out, like tents, had to return however this time they wouldn’t just replace I had to cancel the order and do a fresh order, only after I would have purchased another new order would they add discounts etc, bearing in mind I’d already paid near £300 and not got a refund, so I’d be out of pocket for weeks, double orders, gave them the choice, replace my order or refund, they chose refund, 2 was later, still waiting for my refund, would never by online from them again, they get a 2 for the fact I would buy in a store where I can try on”

“Bought Beatrix Eco Wadded Waterproof Coat Raspberry was £140. The button holes are not stitched and have had only one week and they are fraying. It's not very good for cold weather. Keeps you dry in the rain. But if I had paid full price then I would I definitely complained. Not what I expected for a coat from weird fish.”

“Weird Fish clothing is above average quality, but still, in my opinion, quite expensive. I only buy their stuff when it is on offer. I do feel shortchanged over a recent 'Black Friday' offer that was on facebook. It stated that the jacket was down to £91, and I got an extra £10 off on putting a code in. I thought it was a good deal. Until less than a week later I saw it was £20 cheaper with another 'deal'. It just feels like Weird Fish inflates their prices just before Black Friday, so they can give 'incredible reductions'. Feeling a tad ripped off. Not happy.”
