“Positives : Order arrived promptly, item was of nice quality and customer services responded to my two emails promptly. Negatives: Despite using your size guide the item was way too big - it happens, disadvantage of online shopping - so I returned it the day after receipt. After 10 days I emailed to check on refund and was told the item had been received but it takes 10-14 working days to process. Beyond those timeframes the refund had still not been made meaning I had to chase again - I finally got the email advising the refund had been processed (but can take another 3-5 working days) on day 15. Fingers crossed it turns up ok. Disappointed that there was no 'sorry for the delay' comment from customer services! I get so many promotional emails from you I feel some employees need to be moved from marketing to processing returns to focus on customers that are trying to use you!”

“The items I ordered never arrived! The problem was with Evri, they received the parcel, advised it was 'out for delivery' but it never arrived. When I informed Weird Fish to they refunded my money but made no attempt to investigate where the parcel was.”

“I would have been delighted with Weird Fish if it wasnt for the fact that I ordered three items and returned one because I didnt like the colour and it wasnt big enough, however I never received a refund. I sent it back on 23 Sept and its now 9th October.”

“Used to be great spent abou t £400 great you get used to the constant messaging on the sales and the many codes but the clearance Clothes very rare in the Larger sizes and some of pricing I order the thick tops great normally £40 then suddenly £15:00 has a customer that keeps returning be great if when clothes are on sale some would be in bigger sizes”

“A little frustrated with you as I recently placed an order for some shoes online as a surprise for my wife's birthday. We went away for a long weekend and on my return held the expectation of my wife's birthday treat. Nope you allowed me to order them online but you were out of stock. Embarrassing”

“I love the fleece jacket I bought from Weird Fish. Lovely quality and fit. However, I couldn't recommend Evri, the delivery company, as it took them ten days to deliver it after having received it. I had to ask Weird Fish to sort the problem, which they did.”

“Issue as main item I ordered was out of stock. I was advised to order replacement and email with order details so postage could be re-inbursed. The email was returned twice as delivery was not possible. Was unable to find alternative enail address. 0riginal order 2820306 subsequent order 2830544.”

“The last order I received from Weird fish was well below the expected standard, and if I hadn't bought them for upcoming presents, the whole order would have been returned. Sean were not seemed together well or neatly, loose ends over both pieces. I was Disappointed with the order even bought at a discount price, I could have bought better anywere not what I have come to expect.”

“I HAD TO RETURN THE COAT I ORDERED BECAUSE IT WAS WAY TOO BIG, EXTRA LONG SLEEVES BUT I HAVE As Yet not heard from Wierd Fish and I posted it back through the courier return label on the 22nd August,it is now the 6th September”

“I really love weirdfish clothes especially the Tallahassee dress but when you have to return items the refunds process is unacceptably slow and I always end up having to contact customer services for my refund full stop this is putting me off sending for items in the future”
