“Hit by customs duties €28 and then had to pay to return items via post..go at least one size DOWN..tights and leggins nice quality but customs charges are an unexpected charge on top”

“Ordered 2 items. Only one item arrived. No notification from Weird Fish, no reason gen and no refund offered. I had to ring to ask for missing item to be sent to me only to be told no longer in stock and refund was offered.”

“Very poor quality for weird fish. The tights are really, uncomfortably, tights for me ( I'm a small size 8) but also my h too long. They are nylony and very scratchy. Very disappointing.”

“Very satisfied with the garment received, but very disappointed that the other item was not delivered (apparently it should not have been available on the website). I re-ordered the garment as requested, but it was still out of stock, even though available on the website). Customer service was very poor and no response to my query.”

“Whilst I'm happy with the products the customer service is appalling as you can place a web order only to be told on shipping that part of the order is unavailable. Then when you reorder you are recharged for shipping. Despite my many attempts to explain this to customer service they failed (wouldn't) refund my shipping for the 2nd order and this has happened twice. They also don't want to discuss any issues on the phone just keep emailing. So my experience is poor and I wouldn't be likely to recommend unless someone has loads of patience!!!!”

“Usually very happy with Weird Fish clothing, but my last order for red padded jacket was lost before dispatch and no spares available. got immediate refund offered no problem, but really wanted the jacked. Not happy.”

“I ordered a t-shirt and to make the most of the postage cost, a pair of tights. The order arrived minus the t-shirt, which was the item I really wanted. I wasn't offered the opportunity to order a different t-shirt (for my son's birthday) and would not have ordered just a pair of tights with the postage costs. Disappointed with this. Would think hard before ordering Weird Fish online again because of this.”

“Have been a customer of Weird Fish for many years and never had any issues but this time we received the wrong items and an additional parcel that was addressed to us but the delivery note was for someone else. Returned the goods 2 weeks before Christmas and have heard nothing. Hopefully this is a 'one off' due to the Christmas rush but am now wary of ordering again.”
