“I placed and paid for an order. It didn’t arrive so I contacted customer services. They stated they would look into it. Another period of time elapsed with no sign of my order. I again contacted customer services. They responded stating they were going to refund me. They further stated if goods arrived to return them. As I wanted my order I stated if my order eventually arrived I would resend monies. I was advised that once a customer has been refunded you cannot resend money. How ridiculous!!”

“I was very unpleasantly surprised as I had to pay an extra €14,80 as I collected the Item at the post office. I had not noticed any warning at the check out as I purchased the Sweater for my wife as a Christmas Present.”

“Just recieved the order after having to hunt it down and knock up neighbours which was a bit embarrassing. Also the original order arrived having been told that it was lost and re ordered and indeed unable to get all items - Albeit I did get a refund. I have 3 items that are duplicated - I would consider paying certain amount for them but at a much reduced price as I have already replaced them. Please get in contact to agree how to move forward. “Ordered three items which I received at the end of November. The stitching started to come apart on one item in less than three weeks. Local store could not refund me as I had paid by Paypal. I emailed & got an auto-response saying they would contact me in 1-2 working days. It's now seven days since my original email & I've heard nothing further. Not impressed.”

“The jumpsuit I ordered below arrived and was a good fit with nice material. However the print of the material was dull, washed out and nothing like the photos on the web site. The yellow and white spots were ‘grey’ and dull. I returned the jumpsuit in the original packaging on 30.11.22 via the post office tracked service. The barcode number for this is QY245505009GB. I have not yet seen the refund on my credit card statement”

“Finding that the dresses are getting shorter and sizing overall a bit too snug . Last jumper purchased size 14, is more like a 12, won’t purchase again. I am a regular 14.”

“received an email advising the expected delivery date which was much longer than when I ordered. I rang as the date wasn't convenient. we would be way on holiday and I was told it couldn't be delayed as it had gone to dispatch. Sometime later I received another email advising it was still at dispatch so why couldn't it be delayed? It did arrive whilst we were away and it was left next to our rubbish bin on the floor. The replies I received to my emails left a lot for improvement. Most unhelpful. Will think twice before I order again”

“I was pleased with some of the items purchased but totally let down by your returns. Upon returning 3 items I was refunded for one and despite numerous e mails I am still awaiting a response 2 weeks later. I shall not be buying again from you!”

“I always liked Weird Fish clothing. The quality is excellent. However, my recent order arrived minus two t-shirts which were marked as out of stock on the delivery receipt. These were ordered 10 days previous and I have had no communication from Weird Fish informing me these were out of stock. Now I need to find replacements at very short notice.”
