“Sent me badly fitting crops. Size 14 was enormous! I couldn't find how to return it for refund. Stuck with useless item.”

“Very pleased with the paw paw T shirt in midnight. This is my fourth in this style. BUT I sent for sizes 10 and 12 to try. I returned the larger size 18 days ago....rang last week to trigger a refund...but I'm still waiting. I am reluctant to order online again.”

“I ordered shorts and two t shirts. One t shirt is supposed to be the same size xl as the other but it's way bigger. Don't have tab on it so now stuck with a t shirt way too big”

“I got no sign whatsoever, that I had to pay an additional €18 on a t shirt of €25 to import the shirt in the Netherlands. Together with high cost of handling and sending the package the price more than doubled! -:)”

“Sadly the quality and fit was poor. Having purchased an identical dress to the one I purchased last year, I was very disappointed. In addition, I paid extra for speedy postage to receive the dress the next working day. However, it was nearly a week before it was even dispatched and so that was a complete farce! Finally, your communication is zero. I contacted your customer service twice by email and have never to this day received any reply. No, I cannot recommend.”

“Wrong size was sent in error. Right size on packaging, wrong size on jumpsuit. But I must say it got sorted with no issue and now waiting for the replacement. It was just inconvenient trying to get to a post office”

“I bought one dress and it was lovely. The fit is great so I thought I would order the same dress in a different colour and it doesn’t fit. Measuring it against the older dress’ there is an inch diffence and I will be sending it back”

“Sadly I am waiting for my refund. The waist band was a strange tube affair rather than a simple elasticated or zip fastener. I did not find this design to be comfortable. However, the quality of the product was otherwise good”

“I bought the pink lip flops to replace the ones I've had for maybe three years, same style, liked it a lot, however much as they look good I can't wear them because they rubbed the top of my feet raw, still healing and it's been best part of two weeks. Wouldn't get again, obviously not like they used to be”
