The goods arrived promptly and are of the high quality I would expect from Weird Fish. I had to return one item - shorts which were a lot smaller than my usual size. Eleven days after the return was received by the company, I've had no refund. Just done the live chat to chase this and am told that refunds take up to ten working days. I accept that this is all in the terms and conditions - and in line with most companies. However, it is extremely unusual to have to wait this long - and there was absolutely no apology; just a flat statement that this is in their terms and conditions. Not the way to persuade people to shop with them again.
