Whilst I'm happy with the products the customer service is appalling as you can place a web order only to be told on shipping that part of the order is unavailable. Then when you reorder you are recharged for shipping. Despite my many attempts to explain this to customer service they failed (wouldn't) refund my shipping for the 2nd order and this has happened twice. They also don't want to discuss any issues on the phone just keep emailing. So my experience is poor and I wouldn't be likely to recommend unless someone has loads of patience!!!!
