Lovely jumper but arrived damaged with a hole in front and back. Will order again if product still available at same price.

I ordered the item on 27.11.2021. Weird Fish did not dispatch it until 10.12.2021. 13 days!!! I find this unacceptable as their competitors are dispatching with 48 hours. Also, this is not the first time this has happened. I will not order from Weird Fish again. They also use Hermes (because they are cheap) who are an absolute waste of time.

I returned two items to this company and on tracking through Royal Mail they were delivered on the 10th December. I heard nothing from Weird Fish until 22nd Dec when they e.mailed saying they had received them. On 23rd Dec got an e.mail from them saying a refund had been processed. Refund only gone back to my account today 6th Jan. Over a month to get money back, disgraceful. I already have 2 items of Weird Fish clothing, both bought in shops so could see and try on there but will never order online from them again/

Having to return this item as I was disappointed with the quality. The sleeve length was approximately three inches too long. Not one of your better garments as I have been a loyal customer. Normally I would recommend your company and have done in the past, its just this time I am disappointed.

I ordered 2 items from the site on 29/11/21 and was disappointed to discover the estimated delivery was 15/12/21. This is much slower than other online suppliers. Then I received a notification from Hermes of delivery on 10/12/21, but only 1 item was delivered. I didn't hear anything from Weird Fish so I emailed on 15/12 and again on 16/12. I received a reply on 17/12 advising the 2nd item had been sold out when I placed the order. Very disappointed that the website permits out-of-stock items to be ordered, especially as this was intended as a gift, also poor customer service in not letting me know immediately and having to chase up. Overall a disappointing experience and I wouldn't be confident using their website in future.

Normally loyal customers but this time the wrong size came (4XL instead of XL) and it was too late to change it before Christmas..

Ordered two items both too long in the arms however as a gesture of good will held on to one of the items and returned the other. The receipt of this return has been notified to me some time ago however I am still awaiting my refund. Quick enough to take your money not so quick to give it back. They say they give an 18 month no quibble guarantee on their products it could take this long to get a refund?

I received the item ordered but it did not suit my requirements so got a return label and sent it back, however I have not yet received my refund

I emailed immediately after ordering to cancel the order and then again a week later after I received no reply. Very poor communication. Long story but ended up using the item in the end so didn't send back.

The garment I purchased is of top quality and definitely 5 stars. However, what in my opinion lets the company down is a week to process the order and the use of a second rate courier who took a further 2 weeks to deliver, even including that they had delivered the package when they had not.

The products are very good but took 3 wks to come it never says when your ordering and this is the second order that has done this the money is taken even before dispatch.

Weird Fish have emailed asking for a review and I'd love to be able to write a positive one. However, the item never arrived, apparently lost by the carrier. Following the instructions on the Weird Fish website, by the time I was allowed to contact them to report the missing item, no replacement stock was available. A website message warning of their high workload in processing returns wasn't encouraging. From other reports on Trust Pilot and social media, I don't seem to be the only customer to experience non-delivery or poor service. I've received a refund but won't be ordering direct from them again.
