Size problem to small , returned for refund , communication poor ,have purchased direct in shops locally, many times and found it good , last time I shop on line with this company .

the shipping was very slow. i did have a message from customer service saying they would send express delivery to which i replied i would prefer a t shirt for the inconvenience. i didn't receive a reply. the sizing was small. i did get a message back through facebook when i questioned the delay in shipping and the sizing, but i was abrupt and to the point. stating they were busy due to black Friday. this isn't my concern or problem. as a customer i prefer better service. i also received an introductory email from the ceo stating if i had any issueues i should get in touch. i did this. and didnt recieve a reply

I returned the top. Very disappointed in the quality. Not at all as it looked in the photo. Very thin material.

I have always loved weird fish but last experience was poor. Took over two weeks from time of buying until dispatch. Fleece just about fits despite being a size larger than my norm

Parcel never arrived lost by Hermes I did get a refund from Weird Fish but when I reordered I didn’t get my 20% off so a disappointed.

Far too long to acknowledge they have received a parcel I sent back for return, frankly don't believe they had just received it. Then too long to then say that I will be receiving a refund within an alloted timeframe, potentially 4 weeks from me sending back an item to a refund, not good enough!

I still don't have the clothes as they have gone to an address that I'm not at, at the moment. When I booked the slot there was plenty of time for them to be delivered but after I paid they said they couldn't deliver within the schedule. I phoned up to change the address and was told that they can't do it, do it with the delivery company. The delivery company tells me that only Weird Fish can do it so now I have the clothes but at the wrong location and won't even get to try them before the new year.

I like Weird Fish products as they are of good quality and a good price. But buying through them is terrible as you have no idea when they will come despite an estimated time of arrival. I get it's a busy time of year but of course, it makes it all the more important that you get the project in a decent time and have accurate information which unfortunately they do not give. Customer service is awful which is a shame as could easy get a five from me

The quality of the clothing is good but what isn’t good is the complete lack of response when there is a problem. The garment didn’t arrive. I emailed twice and had it response except for an automated answer thanking me for me email and instructing me to phone a specific number if I didn’t hear within 3 days. I emailed once more and then phoned the number a few times. A recorded message told me that the lines were closed. On a Monday! I read on FB that someone had got a response by using messenger. I tried that and got an automated response telling me to follow the above actions. I emailed and phoned once more. Eventually the Messenger route got a reply and I am told my payment has been refunded - we shall see - minus the postage!! Why should I pay the postage when nothing was posted! And now I am so incensed writing this, I wish I’d give then no stars above! Dreadful, dreadful customer service and it will take me a long time before order anything from WF again. Which is a shame because I do like their clothes. Get this sorted Weirdfish or you will lose more and more customers. The FB comments on the WF page were full of experiences like mine. PLUS it won’t let me choose all three ways that I communicated with WF (below). Email/phone AND live chat (via Messenger). No reply to 3 emails. Nobody answering the phone. And why do they ask me to rate the garment when I never even received it!!

ordered 4 items online, 2 not very good so returned those 2, no acknowledgement of return after a week (I had tracking so knew when it got there) so contacted customer service, they would look into it but will be refunded within 15 days, contacted again after 16 days no refund or acknowledgement so asked for order number (it was subject of emails) then wanted to know what was in the order and what was returned, basically the had lost return and paperwork within, poor customer service and 3 weeks for a refund (4 weeks after sending back)

Take your cash quick enough and drag their feet when an item is returned. Can’t see me buying from them again unless this improves!!!

I have no problem with Weird Fish (&love their clothes) however, their courier Hermes lets them down big time. I am still waiting to hear what has happened to my fleece which Hermes has potentially ‘lost’ at the end of November

I do like visiting the shops and buy a lot. However, I bought a dress online through my local shop. This failed to arrive and I have been unable to get a refund despite many calls and visits to the shop and emails

First order was never dispatched, according to the tracking on Hermes, for 5 days they were “expecting your parcel” Refund then given for one of the items, apparently out of stock, although still on the website. Other item eventually dispatched and received.
