“Good quality material unfortunately, a very poor fit, sleeves were very long and also very short in the body so item was returned.”

“I've ordered many times from Weird Fish and been happy with the quality and fit. Not so the last two orders - discrepancy in size. Sizes are much smaller!”

“I had to return a couple of items as they were oversized. More like an xxl instead of an xl and the arms of one item where crazy long. I'm still waiting for my refund, so not very pleased with the service.”

“Two weeks on from my order I was notified Hermes had it and would deliver but said parcel failed to arrive, Hermes blamed Weird Fish, who eventually blamed Hermes. I sent an email asking where my parcel was, received a reply that I’d be contacted within 48 hours. After 72 hours I tried to phone the number for customer services which said they could only be contacted by email. After a further email I was eventually contacted to say it was Hermes and I could re-order subject to availability. I requested an immediate refund - at least that happened promptly. Have to say since talking about this I’ve heard of many with grievances over lost orders, long periods pre delivery and poor customer service. Very doubtful I’d recommend or purchase from Weird Fish again.”

“I ordered 3 if the same product different colours the size difference was phenomenal a difference of 8cm smaller not even one size difference nearly 3 sent back the small one it does not give me confidence to order. The returns process is free but too slow to get the money back in your account more than 14 days !!!”

“There was an item missing from the parcel even though it was on the delivery note. Tried ringing but on hold for ages so I sent 2 contact forms through the web site and 2 e Mails to customer services and it took 2 weeks to get a reply. They did send me a replacement item but the wrong one. Obviously they never read the e mails properly. I didn’t bother contacting them again as it wouldn’t arrive in time for Xmas.”

“I bought items recently online and when they arrived one of the items was missing. I’ve written emails and tried their customer service phone lines no reply. Now their phone lines appears to by down as when you call you get an automated reply say the phone line is closed. I’m extremely disappointed as they usually supply high quality clothing but their lack of response is disgraceful”

“I've ordered from them before and been happy with my purchases, but their customer service this time around has been an utter shambles. Two orders placed in November have yet to arrive, and they've made themselves unreachable by shutting down their phone lines. Totally unacceptable. They tell us to send emails but never respond.”
