“Description of item stated that the tee shirt was 100% cotton, which I have come to expect from weird fish. When item arrived it did not feel right and when I checked the label it stated it was a cotton polyester mix which was very disappointing. Item was returned.”

“I sent a mens top back for a refund over two weeks ago. I haven’t heard anything from them & no refund. I tried calling them they don’t answer the phone & I couldn’t leave a message. I have tried emailing but still no reply. Shocking customer service”

“I ordered two items from Weird fish and they arrived as scheduled and are excellent. I then ordered a third item and I am still waiting for it to arrive Order 2315556 It was due on 3rd Dec I got an email on 30th Nov saying it was despatched but there was no tracker number. I have tried calling but the phone lines are closed I have emailed 3 times and had only one automated response I have even posted on your Facebook page but that didn't get any response. The money for the item has been taken from my bank account, and I have had to order another item to replace the "lost, missing was never sent" item so am out of pocket. I like the clothes and I like the quality but what I would most like is for someone to email me and let me know if this order is going to arrive and if not can I have a refund thank you.”

“Despite ordering XL unfortunately the length of the garment was not good and quite short, Not what I expect from XL! Another garment while XL had sleeves which were ridiculously long! Not practical even to turn them up due to very visible joint of sleeve The Clarke full zip item material appeared too thin and cheap”
