“I have no problem with Weird Fish (&love their clothes) however, their courier Hermes lets them down big time. I am still waiting to hear what has happened to my fleece which Hermes has potentially ‘lost’ at the end of November”

“I do like visiting the shops and buy a lot. However, I bought a dress online through my local shop. This failed to arrive and I have been unable to get a refund despite many calls and visits to the shop and emails”

“First order was never dispatched, according to the tracking on Hermes, for 5 days they were “expecting your parcel” Refund then given for one of the items, apparently out of stock, although still on the website. Other item eventually dispatched and received.”

“Goid products and prices but fail on supply. My first order of 8 items arrived with 4 missing. Customer services great in responding... Credited for those that were then out of stock and resent two other items.Poorly sealed/low quality packing resulted in an opened bag being delivered with one item missing. Packing, packaging and courier security in immediate need of review”

“Placed an order for 3 items and a week later still not dispatched. In the meantime received an email telling me my order had been upgraded to express delivery. 2 items were sent after 8 days and then they took 5 days to be delivered (did not move on tracking for 3 days) express delivery?? Told 3rd item was out of stock as this happens if several people order at exactly the same time - Wish they could explain why they were still selling the same item for 7 days after I ordered it????? Previously had a great experience from them, but last 2 orders had problems with items and late arrivals.”

“First time purchase. Delivery took longer than expected. Got the "item dispatched " email fairly quickly but there was a long delay between then and Hermes delivering. Tried to ring and gave up. Emailed but didn't get a reply. The dresses I ordered were good quality but not to my taste. Frumpy, nothing special. I am returning them.”

“The order took ages to come. On arrival item too small. A friend had similar experience but she ordered 2 similar sweatshirts one with a hood and one without the one with out the hood ( the same as I ordered) was too small for her but the ot was fine. Comparing the 2. One was 2 inches bigger than the other although both were the same size”
