“Wrong item delivered and no reply to my email so far, tried phoning to chase refund on original purchase but no-one answered. I'm sorry to say impressed, although it is a busy time otherwise I'd of given one star!”

“Purchased a top and tunic. Pattern matching on tunic was the worst I had ever seen and so obvious. The fabric the top was made with looked washed out. Delivery was poor took over 2 weeks. As a first time purchaser of Weird Fish it will be the last. Returned the goods on 23rd November and still waiting on a refund.”

“I have been a regular customer with weird fish for many years and have made many purchases but recently I feel the service is poor delivery takes so much longer and I had to return a item recently and refunds take upto 15 days I was told when I rang up to enquirer which I think is unacceptable so will be thinking about ordering from weird fish in the future”

“I ordered for a specific occasion but it took quite a long time for the order to ship so I tried to cancel. I was told this wasn't possible and I had to receive the order, accept it, open it and send it back. It then shipped 2 days later so not sure why it couldn't be cancelled. I did as instructed and have received a confirmation that the return was delivered but I'm still waiting for a refund nearly a week later. I can't review the items but the order and returns process isn't great. Sorry Weird Fish, I wanted to like you!”

The one and only fault in your manufacturing is your choice logistics partner who by customer reviews across that sector and very bad weakens your brand with the possibility to damage it permanently! “Hemes” is also know as “Herpes Deliveries” with all their connotation!”

“I placed an order which took a bit of extra time to arrive, but got an email saying it would be sent asap. Sadly, it had a fault so I have to return it. I tried to telephone to get a replacement as I had used a code for a discount so did not want to pay the higher price. Cannot get through. I tried an email, their box is full so cannot be delivered. I placed a new order, the pay pal account shows the order but no confirmation from weird fish, and it does not show in my order history. So, I tried again to order, now they want the higher price. Tried the phone again, no reply. Sadly I think me and weird fish are done. Why should I pay more for their faulty goods.”
