Sizes are not consistent, returns policy very poor 21 days before they will refund

I've used Weird Fish in the past and it was great but now it has taken 15 days to process my returns and will take another 15 days for a refund. I find this unacceptable.

Not impressed that a note was not put through my door, saving my parcel being left in the rain for four days. He had to pass my door to get to the dustbins where he left it !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great colour & design but unless you have extra long arms, don’t bother ordering AND if you are petite ie under 5ft 1” , forget it. Most of the items on Wierd Fish are fir taller individuals with long lanky arms. Shame as there are a number of clothings I like. Refunds take an extra long time.

I received a parcel that should have gone to a man in Preston. I've emailed 4 times but only just got a reply saying it will take another 3-5 days to answer me. The dresses I ordered for Christmas I don't have but I do have several 5XL Polo shirts for someone else. They have taken my money and I presume I'll now have a fight to get it back. I'm not very happy with their slow response.

Last year I purchased a Newark top from the shop in Falmouth size small, this top then became my favourite one during the cooler months. I ordered two more in the Black Friday 2021 sale again size small. This order generated an email from John Stockton saying "Thank you for placing your first order on our website. I’d like to welcome you to the Weird Fish shoal." A nice touch I thought. When they arrived both were smaller than my existing one, one quite a bit smaller. I sent an email to John Stockton enquiring as to what I should do, order replacements size small or order size medium. Unfortunately, I heard nothing, so decided to return them requesting replacements size medium. I then get an email to say my money has been refunded. I started this exercise with good feelings and have been left feeling rather disappointed with the outcome.

Before my dress was delivered, which took a little while, the price was reduced drastically. I sent an email which recently automated response. I have heard nothing more. I do feel that this was an unfair situation but to have heard nothing I believe is bas business.

Ordered 3 tee shirts with my last order. Only received 2 tee shirts the receipt showed 3 tee shirts with a line through the one tee-shirt, no reason why it was crossed out as there was still stock of the t-shirt on the website. I was only charged for 2 tee shirts but why not give a reason for no delivery as there is a space on the receipt for this info.

My delivery ended up lost in the post and no one took responsibility or attempted to investigate. I've been left to sort it out on my own. It seems once they have your money there's no customer service left.

I really liked a dress I bought so ordered another from same collection in a different colour expecting it to fit the same. The second one is much longer than the first one, sadly making it too long for me. I returned it, I have had no confirmation of the return and still awaiting a refund, it's been over 2 week now. Poor customer service.
