“On this occasion sizes seemed wayout! Goods returned but money hasn't! Seems to be a very slow refund system ! That said clothes are always of a high quality and I will buy again”

“Had to return all 3 items as size 4xl was far too big. Was told by customer service that they do not carry out exchanges and it is refunds only and I will be advised when the money is refunded to my account. 10 days later and I have still not had this notification”

“I have been very satisfied with Weird Fish until I got my new Eco Cord Navy size 12 . I bought one earlier in same size and it was perfect , but this one was much smaller in same size , so I cannot use it !”

“First order returned, no sign of refund 10 working days later. Second order, Item below, returned. No notification email to state received back in warehouse, despite Post Office tracking showing item received by Weird Fish 4 days ago.”

“Goods arrived next day and were of qood quality However, as I ordered for choice , I had a return. According to the tracking number, this was received by Weird Fish 48 hours later.It was not confirmed as received for 5 days after that when I was informed by e mail that the refund could take up to 10 workung days . In short , 2 weeks after receipt of the return I am still awaiting refund . Not really good enough”

“Hermes let them down after waiting two weeks the parcel was stuck with hermes depot therefore I had to ring and had a full refund. Weird fish staff were fine with this and helpful. But I won't be ordering anything else now.”
