“this fleece was returned as it was too big, still haven't got money back!”

“I tried to use 2 different money off codes provided by Weird Fish. I also ordered through topcashback. Neither of the codes worked but did expect to get my topcashback. Weird Fish refused to pay topcashback by saying they were not the last site I went through. So to offer a 20% money off voucher for a review is a bit of a joke really as i know through experience they do not honour these codes. The products I received are nice and arrived in a timely manner, but I dont care for the company's offers.”

“although I like the product was good , it is slightly tight and delivery was supposed between 1pm and 3pm , it was delivered before 12 and left on the doorsep!1”

“You get what you pay for , it was a low price I paid and I should not have expected a quality garment. In the past I have paid a higher price and yes the quality has been a lot better. Not sure why Weird Fish sell cheap low quality product.”

“Found the item to be of poor quality & badly made. I returned the item the next day for a refund but have still not received it. I had an email on 27.10.21 to say that it had been received by Weird Fish and again yesterday (1.11.21) to say that the refund has been processed but it may take 3-5 days to go into my account. Why so long? I’ve never had to wait this long for a refund by any other online store and my payment went out of my account the day after I ordered the item. Not happy.”

“My first order was for a petrol blue fleece. It was more like light grey which I returned. My next fleece ordered was navy but had a long piece of plastic glued to the front which I returned. The third one is orange which I'm happy with. So one out of three is not great.”

“Delivery is very prompt but returns very slow. I returned 2 items in the same package a couple of weeks ago and so far only one has been “processed” (still don’t have money back in my account) which is odd as both items were in the same parcel. I just hope the second item shows up without any problems. Tbh it doesn’t inspire me to order from you readily again which is a shame because I liked the items, they just didn’t fit me 🤷🏻‍♀️”

“I am sorry to say that Weird Fish product quality has declined significantly this year. I feel bad about my high returns rate, but garments I ordered in previous years are simply not the same. Tinto trousers for example, which I used to love and bought in several prints, now skimply cut with shallow pockets that things would fall out of. Louisa leggings more cheaply dyed - the warm blue has become a dreary shade and the black is greenish. I wish I had bought more last year while the quality was still there. I recently ordered some fleeces but again they seemed skimpy, not designed to put on over other garments as one does in winter. So sadly I have given up and unsubscribed from their. Maybe I will try again next summer in the hope that their buying improves. The clothes still look great on screen, if they could get the cut and fabric right again they would be worth buying. But at present, despite the constant discounts, they are not. The discounts themselves are a worrying sign. I fear this brand is in decline. I have given it 3 stars as an average - I'd say 5 in the past and 1 or 2 now.”

“Have lots of t-shirts and jumpers over the years. Sizing is way out now, T shirts too short on body and jumper with arms 4 inches too long. If sizing changed i would buy again. Good company to deal with returns and refunds quick and easy.”

“Ordered four items. Only two came. Other two were out of stock but were in stock when I ordered them. Frustrating as I would have chosen something else. They offered 15% discount as recompense. However, I already had a 25% voucher so didn’t re-order. Not a great online experience to be honest”

“Your products are great. Using Hermes for delivery is a dreadful decision. They are utterly hopeless in my part of the world. Sorry, but please do not use them. Goods from you via Hermes , more than one month !, goods I buy from Amazon delivered in 12 hours !! I won’t be buying from you again until you change the delivery courier.”

“The zip was not sewn on to the top so even before I tried it on I had to sew it on I brought this item for a holiday in January I have brought many weird fish items and have never before had a faulty item so hopefully this is rare”

“I recently bought a zip up macaroni jacket from Weird Fish. Within the first month one of the pocket seams came undone, so I contacted them to return it and I ordered another one thinking it was just a one off problem. However the refund didn't get allocated to my account so after 11 days I phoned them to chase up, and then they put the refund through. The secodn jacket turned up and also had a defect on the left cuff seam. So I have returned that and now waiting for that money to be refund - but I suspect I will have to chase them. The customer service people are very nice and pleasant but product quality and processes seem poor.”
