“Fleece was delivered to my local store at 14:10 yesterday, went into to collect it and they said I needed to wait for a barcode, 24 hrs later no barcode has arrived and then I am asked for a review for something I have not even received. Weird Fish your delivery processes need to be more robust.”

“Purchased a top and tunic. Pattern matching on tunic was the worst I had ever seen and so obvious. The fabric the top was made with looked washed out. Delivery was poor took over 2 weeks. As a first time purchaser of Weird Fish it will be the last. Returned the goods on 23rd November and still waiting on a refund.”

“I have been a regular customer with weird fish for many years and have made many purchases but recently I feel the service is poor delivery takes so much longer and I had to return a item recently and refunds take upto 15 days I was told when I rang up to enquirer which I think is unacceptable so will be thinking about ordering from weird fish in the future”
