“Pleased with clothes but this order was for a mug. Due to poor packaging the mug was broken on arrival . I returned the broken mug over a week ago but have still not had a replacement or a refund.”

“I love the products but yet again I have had to send it back A massive fault in the front of it Never would of passed inspection, so just goes to show it’s now not being inspected and mass produced I’ll go to the shop in Cornwall and buy my next bit of clothing”

“Very soft but sizing is awful. I ordered a size 12 (usually a 10) hoping it would be slightly oversized. It was tiny. I'm 5 ft 9 and the jumper was far too short. The arms were also very short and the hood didn't even cover half my head. Don't buy this if you're tall!”

“Having been a long term fan of Weird Fish, bought direct from the company and via an associated retailer ( Slater Menswear) I highly rate their products. Living in France I have continued to purchase products. However, having recently purchased 2 x tops valued at £60 plus an £8 delivery charge, I was bemused to receive a customs demand for €16 for the package containing just 1 item, the other apparently out of stock, the customs declaration completed by someone at Weird Fish stated there were 2 items in the package and as such I was charged customs import charges based on the 2 items, I contacted Weird Fish who refunded me £8. In the past few days I have received a further customs demand for the second parcel which originally was €9 then escalated to €15 which I must pay before receiving the parcel. Firstly, in all I will have paid out in customs charges €23 net and €30 gross, which is the cost of one item that I purchased. Secondly, I understand that customs charges are not chargeable on items under £22 for companies and £45 for private individuals. Weird fish need to address this issue in order to hold on to their customer base in France (EU) Declaring TWICE wrongly has cost me disproportionate money. Sadly, At this rate I will not be buying anything further from Weird Fish.”

“I always order a 14/16 because I like room to move. This top was small. I would've had to have ordered a size 20 to be comfy. Quite disappointed really. Obviously it had to be sent back. The colour didn't suit either.”

“Item was the wrong size. Lable on bag was correct but item in bag did not match. No replacement item in stock and was told I had to continually look at website to see when more stock was due to arrive. No automatic alert system. Very poor”

“My order arrived promptly but it was the wrong item. I phoned immediately and a very nice lady apologised for the mistake and said she was sending me the correct item as we spoke and asked me to return the wrong item next time I was at the post office. I returned it 2 days later but the replacement has never arrived. I did receive a refund about 2 weeks later.”

“Had this bag less than a week and one of the metal rings is missing from the strap already not great quality. The strap is very thin and flimsy too. Delivery took 5 days too which is long”

“I ordered two long sleeve, I am not convinced these are the longer sleeve option all it says on the label is 3xl I would have expected 3xlt as I get with other products.”
