After a month still haven’t received this. The first two orders were cancelled as it wasn’t in stock while website said it was. Third order was sent to the Islamic Republic of Iran instead of The Republic of Ireland. Never again I will order something through Weird Fish

Weird Fish clothing are wonderful, but Courier has not delivered my parcel even though date was 11th December.

Non existent customer service - my delivery got lost, I sent multiple emails to Weird Fish but never received a reply. I've now opened a disputed transaction claim with my bank.

Items not received - tryed to phone Weird Fish (as that's what it says on the Evri website - if they've had the parcel for over 7 days, contact the retailer); each time I phone, put on hold for over 20 minutes then cut off - VERY POOR SERIVICE

I’ve bought goods from Weird fish numerous occasions- always been very happy but I ordered the goods I’ve been asked to write a review on 24th November. 1 item arrived 4 still missing. Emailed customer service twice. Each time asked to wait for 10 days. The tracking messages all over the place. Emailed again yesterday, tracking suggesting not out for delivery. Weird Fish offering delivery for orders placed now in time for Christmas! Very frustrated - customer service and or tracking needs improvement. I just want a refund for goods not received.

Quality of weird fish clothing has really deteriorated. I was disappointed with my last order, very disappointed with this.

I bought a sale dress and a top at full price from a weird fish shop but later in the day went on line and bought another top and dress in the sale and saw the top I had bought in the sale at half price. I contacted their customer services who kept asking for details of the shop which I had to Google to get them. After a few emails they informed me as it was an outlet they couldn't help. The customer service was appalling. No apology or compensation just informing me about their contract arrangements with outlets. As if customers looked up contracts before shopping and knewthe differencebetweenashopand outlet..

Item arrived late. Customer service poor response as item held up by carrier. Item did not fit-much too small. No return /delivery paperwork delivered with the item.Further contact with customer service. Item returned still no refund.

Very poor customer relations from the outset of my delivery enquiry, tried to prevent me from cancelling a way overdue order saying it was "out of stock" which it wasn`t at the time of order. I was asked to be patient after enquiring WHERE my order was, I was "patient" for another week, still now order. I given up on recieving my order when it arrived, no notification from evri. I wont be ordering from weird fish again.

I had to return my purchase because it fitted badly. It was returned via Post Office on 26th November 2022 . I have the PO reciept. I have heard nothing from you at this point. I'm aware of difficulties with post at present, but I feel this has gone on too long. Sheila Thomas

It took nearly two weeks for my parcel to be delivered by Evri, twice they said it was out for delivery, and both times they didn't deliver, even though it was office hours and staffed. Third attempt and it was delivered. This courier provider put me off of ordering.

Ordered men’s lounge pants and hoodie - received a dress and women’s hoodie -replacements now out of stock so had to look elsewhere
