“Bought 2 t-shirts, unfortunately received only 1 and a dress. I returned wrong item, but never received a correct t-shirt or a refund. If you really want to buy something of this brand, use Amazon. Much better service”

“Absurd sleeve length on an otherwise nice top, who on earth designed it like that? Returned for refund, its been nearly a month and I've still not had my money back. Won't be using Weird Fish again.”

“My husband likes Weird Fish products and has a few of them. However, these were all bought in stores. Twice we have ordered online and both times we were disappointed. The first time, we ordered a long sleeve top. When it arrived the arms were so tight my husband couldn't even get his hand in the sleeve. The second item was a full zip top which was the opposite of the first, as in my husband could have got his legs in the sleeves they were so baggy. On both occasions we returned the items and not trusting the online site, we didn't re-order. My husband was looking forward to buying some clothes from the Weird Fish shop in Dartmouth whilst on holiday this year, as he has shopped there for the last few years. However, the shop in Dartmouth has now closed down, so unfortunately he wasn't able to buy anything. As there aren't any stores close to where we live, we won't be buying any goods from Weird Fish again.”

“The courier service used by Weird Fish was poor. My parcel was left unsafe outside my front door and consequently items were stolen from it.”

“Awful will never use online again sent an item back which was faulty they received it on the 9th of October i got an email on the 26th of October letting me know that my refund was being processed yet their returns policy says that you will receive an email after they receive the return so why did it take so long.”

“The dresses I ordered were well made and pretty but did not suit me so I returned them. The customer service was not so good. I asked for a new return label to be sent as the post office could not scan the label that was originally sent as it was too faint. Person who answered phone wasn’t helpful and did not send the promised label, her attitude made me cross. I have now returned the parcel via the post office but still waiting for refund, I do not believe I will get my refund anytime soon. I will not order from this company again and would not recommend the company.”

“My experience was really WEIRD (pun intended). The product I ordered was not well fitted. It was too large for a medium size. I had returned it straight away. I did not get a refund until I had to chase customer service after many days. Overall it was poor experience on my first (and last) ever order with Weird Fish. Please get your sizes right and customer service to the mark. However the package return process was smooth.”

“There`s a NO star response, I received the wrong item and returned it as instructed apart from a telephone conversation which was amicable and informed me they had 14 days to correct the error the order no is shown here Your Order Number is 2865546. This was purchased and received by me on September the 25th apart from the conservation there has been no delivery of the item requested, there has been no communication in reference to the issue, and to be honest I am considering placing a request to the County Court to retrieve my payment. this has been a shabby episode.”

“I used the sizing chart and my size came up as XXL. When I tried it on, it was too big. I should have ordered XL. I returned the item on the 1st October, using the returns label. To date, I have not yet received a refund.”
