“Item despatched 4th December but never arrived. Took ages to get through to customer service via email, phone, Twitter and PayPal to get refund.”

“We purchased a Christmas gift from you which was ordered in good time. However it arrive too late for us to deliver in time. I understand Evri your courier had issue but they are your courier and therefore your responsibility. We have been offered no good will gesture for your failure to deliver on time.”

“Never received my items. Evri never delivered the item’s. They were Christmas presents. So had to do last minute shopping because wired fish kept telling me they would be here for Christmas.”

“Waited 11 days for my order to be delivered and when it arrived I had someone else's order. Took 3 days to get a response to my e mail only then to be told my items were no longer available. I did get a full refund but not the presents I had ordered.”

“Tried to purchase a couple items during the November sale. They never arrived. Tried to call customer services. They never answered. Eventually replied to an email- yes they do take the two days it says to respond. Wasn’t going to give a review but company kept emailing me so after the 4th request….”

“I ordered an item on 25/11 and had a confirmation on 2/12 that it had been dispatched and there was also a tracking number. Earlier this week I contacted Royal Mail to find out the status of my item and was told that although Weird Fish had given a tracking number they didn’t get a package corresponding with this. Very disappointing as it was a Christmas gift which I thought I had ordered in good time. No present to give now.”

“I ordered my item on 23/11/22. It took 5 days for them to pass my order on to their couro=ier of choice Evri, Evri contacted me on 29/11/22, to say that they had received my parcel and that they would contact me when it was out for delivery? I heard nothing further from Evri, I continually attempted to contact them via their chat site, none of which were replied to. I eventually contacted Weird Fish to complain, they informed me that I would be contacted by their customer services within 1 - 2 days, however no contact was made. Strangely my parcel arrived today. I like the products of Weird Fish, however I will order them from Amazon, who use decent couriers. A piece of advice for this company; ditch Evri as your courier operative.”

“My Order Number is 3072981 has not been delivered and I rec'd another person's order in place of mine on Sunday 11th December my name on it. I have since returned with a note explaining your error as order number clearly stated and not mine. The order number rec'd was 3072888 3 items with my name on the parcel but not ordered by me. I would appreciate an update on my order 3072981 and if you cannot fulfill it, please refund me asap. Kind regards, S. Moore.”
