“Weird Fish website is great and I find that the ordering process is easy to follow. X 1 star rating relates to Evri the order delivery Company I placed and order on 25/11/22 and was advised of a 2 - 3 day working day delivery lead time On 13/12/22 I am still awaiting receipt of goods”

“I will never order from you again. Ordered 2 coats, they never arrived, you sent me another item which i never ordered. I rang and was told the coats was out of stock yet you still took my money. No email to say these was out of stock. So still awaiting full refund”

“Very disappointed. I have not received my order after nearly 2 weeks and had no reply to my three emails asking what I’d happening with it. Apparently it is stuck with Evri . I have asked for replacements to be sent but no response”

“Item was lost in the post, or never posted as it never appeared on the royal mail tracker. Then I was told it was out of stock so I was refunded, but when I looked at the website it wasn't out of stock so I have no idea why it wasn't re sent to me.”
