“I returned the item on the day I received it. So was expecting a refund which included the postage. I have emailed twice asking if I was correct in my understanding that my postage would be refunded as item was returned within the period of cancellation. First email was sent 15/09/22 second email 23/09/22. Still awaiting a response.”

“I buy a fair bit of Weird Fish clothing and I am a large size. My last purchase was a lightweight dressing gown. When I tried it on it fitted me across the shoulders, but it gaped wide open from the waist down. It was a really strange cut and I had to send it back. I would not recommend buying this dressing gown in any size because of this problem with the cut.”

“I placed an order for 2 items and returned one as there was a flaw in the chest area. I used the returns label and kept proof of postage. I have confirmation that my returns parcel was received however over 2 weeks later I am still waiting for my refund. I raised an online query regarding this and so far have heard nothing.”

“Constantly offering different codes to use and often they don't work and now you are offering me another code foe filling in a review, bet it doesn't work. I find your sizes are poor, even the same item in different colours same size are not the same size. Quality also not very good on some items. You are a company that I started to like but have gone off very quickly.”

“Ordered and paid for 2 items - loads of emails saying on way and waited in for package on several days - nothing arrived - rang and indifferent person just said there had been an admin foul up and she would sort refund as items no longer available- totally unimpressed!”

“I placed an order on the 6th Aug and estimated delivery was 11th Aug. However, my item was not delivered and there were no updates provided about my item for over 3 weeks. I called customer service who said that my order was stuck with Royal Mail and didn’t know what happened to it. I got my refund back instead of waiting on the item that I was meant to receive. Very disappointed with the service and will not be ordering from there again!”

“Not happy...received the items I ordered, none of which were suitable so returned for a refund...nearly 2 weeks later still no refund or acknowledgement that the goods have been received...tracked on Royal Mail...they were received on 16th August...today is 26th August. Not good enough !!!”
