“Very slow to action refunds. No sooner have you bought something, than the prices drop in the next stage of a sale. Very annoying. Also the firm sends too many follow-up emails once it has your details.”

“Items arrived, but didn't suit me. I used the prepaid sticker and returned via royal mail over a month ago. They cost £38 and the money still hasn't been sent back to my account. When will I receive the refund?”

“Whilst I found the ordering and delivery service excellent, the product itself was not acceptable. I have ordered and worn Wierd Fish waffle flip-flops for the previous 5 years. Each year I have purchased new ones to replace the old ones and have been very happy. This year I ordered 2 pairs and have had to dispose of them both. The manufacturing change has made them unwearable. The material for the toes price is far too long and stretchy which results in the flipflops falling off all the time. I will not be purchasing from this company again.”

“Sadly the jeans were a big disappointment. I had previously bought a similar pair of jeans in the same waist size but with a long leg length which were just a little too long, I thought the regular length would be just right and they were. However, the waist size is completely different, i.e. much bigger and the material exceptionally stretchy. I could probably come down a waist size if not two. Not a good buy.”

“Not a great first experience to be honest. I had to chase several times for my refund. What made me laugh was I got this mail below from the MD Mr Stockton which is below: Needless to say I contacted Mr Stockton for help on my order as it states to contact anytime and very disappointed never got a acknowledgement or reply. “My father never received his £50 gift card for Father’s Day. Many attempts to ask for the voucher to be sent to me instead as clearly was never arriving to his email address. Nearly 2 weeks later and no voucher or a simple resolution of sending THE BUYER the voucher to forward. Terrible customer service! Now waiting a reply to the cancellation of the voucher and my £50 returned.”

“Hello. I love the tees I often buy from you guys. I was however very disappointed with the recent flop flops I bought. A very poor design and they've already broken - the fabric straps have already become detached from the flip flops meaning I can no longer use them. Please could you consider reimbursing me for this purchase?Thank you.”
