“Sent for a dress that was too small, sent it back , have not received my payment back , have rang the office twice and still no repayment back , you where very quick to take my payment from me but no refund !!! Won’t buy from your company again , very disappointed . Mrs G Miller.”

“Didn't inform me my returned item had been received on the Website. Had a chat online, the girl said I had not got an order on my order number, then admitted she had made a mistake! Didn't get money back in the time they said I would. Emailed them, they emailed back said they couldn't deal with returns, (this is the only email they have online). Said I would have to wait another 3/4 days for my money! Already been waiting over a fortnight. Complained again, my money went into my account within the half hour!!! Never again.”

“I was disappointed with sizing because even though I used the size chart, everything came up too big. Also, I had to return all of the items I purchased because 2 were too big and one was not as expected, I returned them on 25 April and am still awaiting a refund, which is disappointing. Overall a below average experience which has sadly stopped me from ordering from this company again.”

“Only paid €90 for 4 items. Came in 2 separate packages with a value of over €140 on one and €37 on the other. Combined €177 despite only paying €90. Resulted in a large customs fee which wouldn’t have been as bad if the actual price paid was displayed instead of the inflated price! Not happy with sizing either despite following the sizing chart. Can’t return either I’m not paying another customs fee. Extremely disappointed.”
