“Order got lost! Customer services poor then couldn’t reorder as items out of stock! Promised call back from supervisor didn’t happen. Contacted CEO and still awaiting response! Love their products but this has tainted my experience with them!”

“Dress was lovely when I finally got it but delivery by Hermes was a disaster. It went to a house 2 miles away and hermes not interested in helping. Advice was to get a refund from Weird Fish. Found it after several days by driving around looking for the porch pictured and then discovered the householder was fed up with trying to get delivery company to take things back and was storing stuff in a cupboard. All in all won't buy by mail order again unless you stop using duff delivery company. Shame.”

“I bought 2 new jumpers from weird fish having had one for years (very similar to the white one I bought in this order). They arrived and felt great, soft, good quality and well made. After one wash… ONE… following the exact washing instructions they have shrunk, material is rough and unwearable out of the house. They will be consigned to the “DIY” clothes pile. Incredibly disappointed.”

“Sizing is off. Ordered for 4 people and no one fit the items purchased, much smalller then expected. Ordered to Ireland and Custom Charges were also higher than usual.”

“Very dissapointed, company intially advised parcel ready for dispatched then heard nothing. After two weeks I had to email asking where my item was, only then did I recieve contact advising problem with tracking devise. By this time item out of stock. Well done to the person who recieved the item, i was left feeling very frustrated having shared my personal details with a company who failed to deliver as promised”

“Soft pretty gown, very disappointed by quality not what I expect of Wierdfish. Stiching on seam came apart as did the loop for the belt. No loop to hang up. Material very thin and of poor quality. Very disappointed. Would have returned but sold out so had to repair myself. Definitely not worth the money. Have had other items from Wierd Fish which have been great.”

“My parcel marked as dispatched 2 weeks ago but never arrived, no updates on parcel yracking. I have yet to get an answer from them. I've ordered from them before with no issues, and love their stuff, so hopefully just a blip that will be resolved?”
