“Receiving a refund after returning unwanted items is a very long, drawn out process. I returned my items on the 4/4 using Royal Mail (quick and easy) but I am still waiting for my refund. I have not yet received an email advising me that my refund is about to be processed from which point it still takes a further 3-5 working days. The whole system is too long!”

“The clothes look nothing like they do on the website. Very Very Very slow to refund when sent back - I have sent back two orders and have had no communication and no refunds. Am starting to worry that this is a scam.”

“I have not received the item, yet the money has been taken. The CS team tell me to contact the courier and the courier tell me to contact Wierd Fish. I have never had an issue before and been ordering from Wierd Fish since the beginning. I am dissapionted.”

“Hanging Label on shorts was different to the label in shorts Sent back them couldn’t order a replacement as all sold out. Lovely shorts though as already have a pair.”

“Useless, Hermes lost my parcel. Why use Hermes? I received a refund then later that night my parcel turned up , over a week late. Asked weirdfish if I could pay for the goods over the phone and was told I had to send them back !!!! May not be so honest in future, however complied with your ridiculous rules and returned the items and no I didn't want a freebie but I did want the items for my holiday. Not impressed with customer service as friendly as they were. Surely in this day and age you could have taken a payment over the phone or withdrawn my refund.”

“I was really disappointed with the item and sent it straight back. Firstly, it was not obvious from the photograph that the item was a print of their usual "waffle weave" material rather than the iconic material itself - for the money, I would have expected the real McCoy. Secondly, even though I used their sizing guide, the item was way too tight. I am slim with averagely muscular arms and chest, so I selected the Medium, it was very clingy and I immediately started to overheat - I wore it for less than a minute.”

“the last twice I sent for the small size fleeces which is the size I always get for my husband they were too small ,2 and a half inches smaller than the previous size small fleeces he has ,when I contacted weird fish via chat whoever I was talking to was very rude even though I sent photos showing the difference in the sizes ,all I wanted to know have the sizes been changed as I have bought quite a lot of weird fish fleeces for myself my husband and my 2 sons as you will see if you look up my account but now not sure what sizes to send for as the last two were so different to the small size I have bought previously”

“Still waiting for my delivery from Hermes / Evri who state there are issues finding my address. I’m puzzled as no other deliveries have been an issue ! Perhaps my order would be okay … but I’ve been waiting almost 3 weeks for it !! Have contacted the courier and your customer services - still waiting and will be requesting a refund if not received within 14 days.”
