“I ordered 7 items but received only 2. I was informed that one item was out of stock but no explanation for non-delivey of the remaining 4 items was given. I did receive a refund but I would have preferred to have received the items. This was a very disappointing experience and am I now hesitant to make any further purchases. The items received were of a great quality and just what I expected but the online delivery service was a major let down.”

“Unfortunately the dress I ordered was not what I expected. The material was very thin. I wore the dress for less than 2 hours and it bagged at the hem. The design was lovely but the fabric needed to be heavier. I have now returned it for a refund.”

“Ordered two fleeces. Despatched to Evri. After chasing delivery a week later, I was eventually told the parcel was lost. I was told the items were out of stock, and was refunded, without any alternative products being offered. I was refunded the item cost, but had to contact Customer Services to get the delivery charge refunded. Since bought similar items elsewhere.”

“Have always been impressed by the quality of weird fish clothes and so was very disappointed by the quality of the knitted dress I bought. It was very very thin looked like one wash would ruin it and wouldn't have kept a mouse warm. I thought the whole point of knitwear was to keep you cosy! I sent it back.”

“Really disappointed with my recent T-Shirt purchases so returned them. A Large size which I always wear was too wide and too long on 4 T-Shirts. I guess that is why they were reduced in price so much. If Wierdfish cannot maintain correct, consistent, standard sizing then it is time to buy elsewhere. Wierdfish used to be such a great brand.”

“Order was received but it was not my order. Tel customer services to be told the items i wanted were now out of stock. waste of time. Also additional sales discount promotions dont apply to items already in the sale even though they say they do! Wont shop here again.”

“The website indicated there was available stock in my size. I had to chase up the order to be told it was no longer available. Went back on website to find one in stock. Re-ordered and again told it was out of stock. Really disappointed”
