“Never received order! Apparently item went missing with courier so I was refunded. It was a Christmas present so yes it was good to receive a full refund but I was left with no Christmas present!”

“Ordered 4 items early December. Its been 4 weeks so far and not been delivered. Evri notification says the order was with them a few days after ordering but no updates available since then. Will be requesting a refund. Very disappointed.”

“I ordered a large size but received a medium size which I returned and asked for the correct size to be delivered to me. I didn’t receive the large size but I have received a review form. What else can I do but to give Weird Fish a zero rating!”

“I had to return the three items that I had purchased as none of the items that I received were what I had ordered. I was very disappointed as these items were intended as Christmas gifts and I had to purchase other gifts. I am now awaiting a full refund.”

“I am sure Weird Fish is very good as I have purchased products before but not online. I was very disappointed this last Christmas as my purchase did not arrive . I was told it was on its way to EVRI but it never arrived. I waited 3 weeks but it never came. I did get my money returned but I’m wary to order again.”

“Horrific experience. Ordered socks and a jumper as a Christmas gift. Upon arrival the bag it arrived in was shredded and muddy, the cardboard packaging for the socks was so badly damaged they could not be gifted, and the jumper was missing. I emailed to complain and had no response. 3+ weeks later I get an email to say the jumper was out of stock. I do not want the socks and can't return them as their is no packaging, and no one has responded to my emails for almost 6 weeks now.”

“I ordered 2 garments, paid. An order arrived, but the garments in the package were not what I ordered, the goods were for another customer. Trying to get a hold of customer service is a night, they never answer the phone, do not answer their emails and do not answer their own form completed on line. Would I order again never. I have paid for the goods, in good faith, and I’m still waiting for them. This has been going on since mid December.”

“I have not received my order, the money has been taken, the item dispatched on the 22nd November, it is not showing as being delivered, it is impossible to get hold of anyone, i have also sent the contact me form, but to no avail!!!”

“It's difficult to review something I haven't received!!!!! I'm very unhappy and disappointed that I haven't received the top I ordered at the beginning of December. I would still like to have the top but maybe you need to use another courier company? We have had several problems with Evri and when I try tracking the order, nothing happens. Can you advise please?”
