“Really disappointed just now to be completely honest. Previously bought a great jacket and fleece/top that both keep me warm and dry. However, Id say these items have put me off buying from Weird Fish Ltd again as they really aren’t fit for purpose! Such a shame to feel this way after previous great purchases.”

“I orded a dress size 18 but returned it to you from the post office on 26-10-20 because it was too small, on the return paper I orded a size 20 but have heard nothing from you.”

“Until this delivery I was a big fan of Weirdfish. However one of the 2 items (dress) was too big even though I have always taken a10 and the size 10 tunic top was the correct size. Dress much biggerthan the one I bought last year. Not a problem in itself because I returned it using the recommended method. Although the return was received on 21/10 I am still waiting to hear any news on 3/11. I understand the difficulties with Covid but surely some kind of email acknowledgment that things are in progress would be possible? You are usually so good with notifications of purchases and deliveries.”

“I bought a green checked fleece. It is made of flexible material except for a panel across the shoulders. This is presumably there to make it look different but the effect is to constrict movement. There is also a single giant pocket at the front. It doesn’t work as a pocket because things put in slide around and weight down the lining. It would be far better ( even just for hand warming) to have 2 separate pockets. Overall a disappointment and I wouldn’t buy again.”

“I bought 3 things. The adult headband would have a small child. The rugby shirt was far too long The blouse / shirt was very unflattering First time I’ve returned items - I usually love Weird Fish. Still waiting for refund after 10 days”

“I returned the item I had ordered on the 19/10/2020. I returned it because I didn't like the colour, however I did ask for a replacement garment. My return was delivered to Weird Fish on 21/10.2020 at 10.42. I haven't as yet received a replacement or acknowledgement from WF. Would someone please look into this for me”

“Orde 3 items paid for the by debit card.parcelarrive one of the items not there. Only find out that itsoutof stock reading the delivery slip? I rang customer services for email regarding how much taken from my account still waiting for the email. To find out that item not there when opening a package,very poor. As you send tons of emails for marketing.”

“Nice material but not very stretchy. I thought sizing was slightly on the small size. Far too long for me - I’m 5ft 3” and it was knee length. I was hoping it might be just above my knee as wanted to wear with leggings. Sadly it had to be returned.”
