“Love the products, but the returns/refund process is inordinately slow compared with other online retailers. Can work out quite costly for the consumer who isn’t sure which size to order.”

“No advice given on items not delivered. Are they out of stock on back order or have I been charged for them and they are missing? A strike through of the item on the delivery not is not sufficient. Also it seems that discounts are offered without the stock levels being live so you order and do not get what really gained your interest.”

“I spent £200 on new shirts for my husband. They all looked nice quality. Had to return them all as they were too small. Husband is 6'2, so not a giant, but every item was too short in the body and the sleeves. So disappointed.”

“I would live to review my purchase from Weird Fish, however despite my order being confirmed 2/11/2020 and being advised that it was dispatched to Ireland (delivery charged) on 03/11/2020, it is now 17/11/2020 and I have still not received my order. I'm a fan of Weird Fish products however I'm most disappointed at the extremely long timeframe to get a product from UK to Ireland. Ordered from Amazon on Sunday and it is out for delivery today.... Sorry Weird Fish you need a new delivery method...”

“Ordered a M size Newark 1/4 Zip Grid Fleece for my husband, but the fleece I received was clearly labelled as a S. It was therefore too small for my husband when he tried it on.”

“I think the quality of the material of t shirts is not as good as it was 12 months ago its gone thinner i can tell when i wear some of my older shirts I don t think ill be ordering any more”

“I ordered a fleece jumper and 3/4 length sleeved t-shirt. I received the fleece jumper and a dress instead of the t-shirt. I returned the dress on 2nd November and have not heard from Weird Fish or had the correct item that I originally ordered.”
