I ordered a macaroni jumper in 4/10/20 but was too big so returned for refund but still have had no acknowledgement of receipt of my parcel let alone my refund. I understand there is a delay due to the circumstances but other companies have managed to either acknowledge or refund within 14 days . Think this is very poor customer service .

What is going on I’ve returned the two below a while ago now and still waiting for refund. Ordered another two, kept one waiting for refund.

Although I was happy with the soft knit fleece the macaroni hoody had to be returned for reasons stated below. The hoody was returned promptly the following day via registered post office mail. It was delivered 8th October. It is now 19th October and my card has not yet been credited with the refund. 11 days after receipt of the parcel and no refund is bad response for returned goods.

I was disappointed when the fabric of the T-shirt I bought as part of my order was not of the composition listed on the website. I raised the issue and received a rather brusque reply to the effect “mistakes happen: return it if you don’t like it: we will amend the web site” They have done that but I felt I deserved more of an apology given they had miss-sold. (I had looked for 100% cotton the T was actually polyester and cotton). I did not return the T it was a present already given when I spotted the label and to do so would have been all too complicated in Covid times. The response received from weird fish implied a lack of concern for the customer and very cavalier attitude to the goodwill. Of the business.

Sent wrong item initially, then the actual item was too big so returned over a week ago for refund and heard nothing yet.

I live in San Diego County, and ordered a sweater/jacket from Weird Fish. When it arrived and I put it on, the zipper malfunctioned, and I haven't tried it on since. Not happy.

I normally love Weirdfish clothes, especially their T shirts and I’ve worn their XL stuff since they started trading. Imagine my disappointment therefore when I get my usual XL T shirt and instead of being slightly loose on me it is tight and unwearable. This is usually a sign that manufacturing has moved abroad. Not sure of their sizing policy now as tele customers service was slightly unhelpful.

I returned dress and asked for a smaller size (10.) A refund has appeared in my bank rather than a replacement, with no explanation why. I really would like a size 10 but am reluctant to reorder due to the lack of communication.

I like the clothes but not online customer service. I ordered a sweatshirt using their size guides but when it came it was too big. Used free return to ask for exchange to smaller size but instead they refunded me & didn’t send smaller size.

Can’t ever get the sizes I want very annoying or you ever stock is small please cater for the larger people please

My original order arrived very promptly but was too small. I returned it on 28 Aug via the Post Office and as yet have not received a replacement in size 12. Jackie Scott

Payment by debit card was difficult for this order, v.slow "processing" . Paid for by Pay Pal which worked v.quickly and order received next day which was very good. Sizing not good, returned L for exchange to XL nearly two weeks ago and nothing received to date.

Disappointed that I ordered the same size as I had purchased previously (XXL) and they are much smaller, approx 5cm narrower and also shorter. Toying with sending them back.
