“Clothes good quality, sizes come up big but that’s fine as I wanted comfy. Didn’t send one item initially then when queried sent the wrong item (labelled incorrectly) offered free return but I don’t have time to get to the post office around work, hence why I ordered online.”

“I ordered then had email to say item despatched. However, the tracking email said they were waiting to receive item? After 10 days, I emailed to ask what happened to the order. I then received email to say I had been refunded but I had to go back and ask what happened? I was told they wouldn’t have known that I hadn’t received item and had now sold out. Not very happy and has put me off ordering in future. At least I got money back.”

“Very disappointed with the 4 dresses I purchased as they were all too small and I ordered a bigger size than the 3 I already own and love. Also disappointed that the day after I ordered them at a reduced price, they went in the sale. I emailed but never got a response so all dresses returned for a refund.”

“I have purchased many weird fish T-shirts over the years from various sources, on-line and Mainstreet and found them to be very satisfactory however this purchase was a little different. I ordered my usual XL and found the sizes to be very inconsistent throughout the range I purchased. Tight on the shoulders and arms, My weight is consistent the shirts are not!”

“I have in fact written to you about the trousers. Both pairs are different to the last two pairs I have bought. They are larger and different materials, which leaves me very unsatisfied.as I said I wrote to you just after they were delivered and have been waiting for a reply.”

“On this occasion, I am disappointed. I ordered a Macaroni jumper but when it arrived, the one delivered was not the one shown on the website. They were apparently aware of the mix-up. A month or so later, I ordered the item again and again the item sent was not the one shown. Despite this error, they are still displaying the wrong picture on the website and, on this feedback request they are displaying the wrong picture!”

“Recently ordered and returned (last Monday 20th) a macaroni top which was supposed to be a birthday present for my son. This would have been the 4th that I have purchased over the years and they are all a different fit. This one (large) was so big it was falling off him, he’s 6ft. I reordered a medium and still waiting for an acknowledgment and replacement. Very poor service !”

“one of the items when it arrived had a hole on the front of it clearly seen through the packaging. Wtat Quality assurance does the product go through for this to be missed. I sent it back nearly 2 weeks ago and heard nothing of a replacement. I telephoned during this week to find out its about 10 days after they receive it that it would be dealt with ... not good”

“I'm a loyal and great fan of Weird Fish . I was quite shock for the first time in many years how wrong my order went and very annoyed because of the lost of my goods I have miss out of some of the goods I've ordered . It took nearly 2 weeks and a few e- mails to get a good response from Weird Fish. Please do not used that particular carrier they dont represent you well at tall . I'm really nervous to order on line again .”
