“Ordered this item online, 3 weeks ago , wrong item sent and returned, still awaiting original item only to be emailed yesterday to be told item out of stock but the money was taken for this item 3 weeks ago”

“I ordered the star shine dress in size 10 and size 12. The size 10 was too small but nice colour nice fabric and length. The size 12 turned out to be totally different fabric.and colour and to my amazement was six inches shorter. Not sure how your quality control team operate but totally unacceptable. Not in any great hurry to order from your online store again. A Beck”

“Package arrived quicker than promised so impressed so far, plus have bought Weirdfish sweatshirts in shops before so no issues with quality - first time online However when opened the sweatshirt was at least 2 sizes smaller than an existing purchase made in August despite the same size on the tag. Returned next day, and Royal Mail confirmed delivered 3 days later, but no response from Weirdfish until I chased a week later and was told its 10-14 days after receipt (still not confirming receipt) before they do anything and if replacement then out if stock will get a refund. As black Friday falls in this period I hope stock holds up or this will end a multi £100 relationship over recent years”

“Didn’t notice straight away but when I decided to wear the scarf noticed a pull of thread down the middle that extended for about .5 mtr. Had thrown all return info and have had to try and stitch it. Very disappointed!”

“The quality and fabric was good. The sizing guide did not work for me as the recommended size 12 was too big. The dress looked fitted online but was more A line on arrival. No length measurements are given online. I am still waiting for my refund a week later.”

“My size 14 hoodie was too big . I sent it back but there were no clear instructions on how to go about this. After I sent it, I waited 3 working days but recieved no email saying it had been recieved by Weirdfish. I telephoned and was told I had to wait 15-30 days before I’d recieve my refund! This is unacceptable as other retailers take a lot less time to refund.”
