“I'm still waiting for a refund and product alternative size to be delivered, Usually Weird Fish are good at doing this even during the height of the pandemic but have been incredibly slow on this occassion”

“Weird used to have great sales. Sadly their quality has nose-dived. Shirts with cuffs that cannot be fastened because they are too small, belts that cannot be fastened and belt loops sewn too small. I won’t be bothering with this brand anymore.”

“I have many Weird Fish cardigans and tops but not happy with the new one. The sleeves are too short and the general fit is not good at all. The good thing is it’s very cosy and warm which is why I didn’t return it! But will think twice before purchasing any more Weird Fish clothing!”

“I ordered a jumper for my husbands Xmas gift on sun 22nd nov .it never arrived at my house I called Joanne customer services Who sent another jumper with express delivery via Hermes . On 3rd Dec This one didn't arrive either I like your clothes. But I am not ordering from,weird fish online again . As This is the 3rd time I have been let down badly by Hermes couriers They are not fit for purpose And I cannot understand why a reputable company like weird Fish would trust a unprofessional courier firm Who are a laughing stock in the world of shipping logistics .. Why doesn't weird Fish use click n collect ? Its the 21st century . Plus with a global pandemic Some people can't get to the shops I rated very . Purely on your appalling courier logistics”

“Hi I sent a return back with the form completed on 23rd November for a smaller size however the item was delivered today the exact same size I sent back I now need to return the item again and wait for hopefully the correct size. Very disappointed.”

“2 of my 9 items marked as dispatched , but not picked. After contacting customer support items are now out of stock. So we had to choose a different colour. Could have been a lot smoother if no picking error!”

“This was my first order from Weird Fish so I ordered two sizes of the same item. Unfortunately I was not sent what I ordered so I had to Return. 10 days after return parcel delivered to Weird Fish I am still awaiting confirmation of receipt and a refund.”
