“One item arrived on time and matched all of my expectations. However, experience was marred by the lack of communication regarding the other item. Was left for me to ascertain that there was a problem and it was only through checking the order did I discover that the purchase had been cancelled. If I can’t rely on either delivery or if not possible then some form of notification it does leave me to question whether or not I would buy from Weird Fish at any time in the future.”

“Loved the style, pattern length just right. Great colour. But did not fit true to size. Very small. Will have to order next size up next time. Seasalt dresses are a much better fit and are true to size, so sadly, will continue with them for the time being as I want to avoid returns - don’t want to have to go out to the post office during the pandemic. Have to say, I was a bit annoyed as there is no good reason for the size to be inaccurate.”

“I cannot review my purchase as it never arrived. It was mis-deilvered by Hermes and despite asking around my neighbours I have been unable to find it. Weird Fish cannot send replacements as the items I ordered are now sold out so instead I have had a refund. Very disappointing.”

“I have bought weird fish socks every year but these are so tight to get on. I dont know whether youve changed makers but i struggle to get them on. Im not sending them back as im isolating i cant understand why they are like this they never were before.”

“I bought this jumper for my friend as a Christmas present but on wearing it today she has told me the pockets are pointing backwards so she cannot put her hands in them. Shame as this is really a lovely looking jumper with a lovely feel.”

“Great customer care following a complaint but why advertise a product at a certain price before Christmas and then a couple of days before Christmas send an email with details of the new year sale. Really upset to find the item you purchased is 50% cheaper.”

“Very disappointed to receive an email today with details of sales items. I bought 3items on line a couple of weeks ago and now find them in the sale with 30% off. Surely it should have been pointed out at the time that they were going to be in the sale, you must have known, to give me the opportunity to wait and purchase them at the sales price. I find this practice slightly immoral”
