“Strange garment. Neither posh enough to be classed as a jacket or warm enough for an outer coat, struggling to see the purpose. Slow delivery too”

“The top I ordered was returned on the 8th December it was confirmed that the item had only been received back on the 19th December the return should of been back within 48 hours. I now have to wait a further 48 hours to be refunded as the item is in quarantine. Surely as you know the item has been received can a refund be not made .?”

“I sent back two parcels at the same time completing the paperwork asking for a larger size. One of them has now been refunded no explanation or email or anything. The other sent at the same time with 2 fleeces in has still not been acknowledged, replaced or refunded. I will now have 2 presents missing for Christmas so really not happy especially when I placed 3 large orders.”

“I'm afraid I had your go up a size because my size wasn't available, normally this is OK with WF but not for this dress which was obviously already ample size. I wasn't hugely impressed with the material either so I'm afraid I had to return it. Normally (and still am) huge fan of WF generally. This one just not for me”
