“The item sent was a different colour to the one ordered. I returned it and am still awaiting the correct one.....”

“The top I purchased is very confortable and stylish 10/10. However, I also ordered another item that was accepted by the Web order but the tracking the next day stated it was "problematic". I emailed to ask if there was a problem and asking for an update but this mail has never been acknowledged or replied to. After a lot of digging I found out that I had been refunded the cost of the missing item and the eventual Weird Fish delivery note stated that it was out of stock. So, 0/10 for both customer service and communications. It was particularly ironic that I subsequently received a generic email from the MD of Weird Fish welcoming me to their "shoal" and promising great customer service........”

“Product return resulted in a refund - fine, but I had NO notification that a replacement was not being sent. Just blamed covid for delay in replacement until I eventually I saw a refund in my account, but no advice of this.”

“Ordered 2 fleeces both came had to send one back to small waited two weeks for the item then l had a email saying they had refunded the price for the fleece no explanation nothing very bad customer service”

“Ordered 3pairs of shoes, one of the pairs were all rucked up inside "been stuck in wrong" sent back for a replacement!! Been about 10 to 11 days?! But not heard or received anything yet!!!”

“I recently ordered 2 tops from you, the size was 3 XL but compared to other WF tops i have none of the sizes were correct. They said 3 xl on the label but compared to the other ones i have I would say that there are XL and don't fit me.”

“Item, size XL ordered 10th Jan, received size 2XL,15th Jan, returned next day for exchange, receipt of item acknowledged by Weird Fish on 22nd Jan. Here we are on 27th Jan an I still don't know when, or if, I will get an exchanged item or refund. Despite Covid disruptions you could still call delivery delays TARDY to say the least.”

“Good style but 100 per cent polyester jacket was too uncomfortable especially at the neck to wear. I returned the goods purchased.My previous jacket from Wierd Fish is very comfortable at 50 pcent cotton and 50 pc polyester so I was expecting the same sadly.”

“Item was deliver promptly but jumper was very poor quality, I am returning item, the jumper was £55 before the sale but even at £22 it was not worth keeping. Very thin, the logo/tag was hanging off and the fringe design was all over the place.”

“First item I have bought from WF; really disappointed. Dreadful sizing - I’m between a 12-14 in clothes - usually buy from Fat Face, White Suff etc. This dress was so tight I couldn’t even get the 14 on.”
