“Still waiting for my second item after 2 weeks”

“Well, I don't want to appear overly negative but I ordered a chilli red top, having seen it in an on line advert. When it arrived it was the wrong colour. I called to report that and got to return it. I was well enough impressed with the return process. I've had an email saying my refund is approved but no sign on the funds in my bank. I guess it will show up.”

“Assessed size from online “tool” when garment arrived much too large am standard XL but shrunk to L in lockdown?”

“Well the service was excellent with prompt attention to queries but unfortunately the product was not to the same standard. I liked the material for a couple of fleeces but the sizing was totally awry. I normally buy from Lands End an XL size but even the XXL from Weird Fish would struggle to fit a ten year old. So it was very disappointing.”

“Had to guess size of tights to order as sizing guide on website didn't work. When order arrived, tights were too small and had to be returned. Frustrating.”

“The tee shirt sizes have changed sent a photo to customer service showing how sizes have changed by laying new one on top the other that was only purchased one month before , had a response from customer service which to me was just a cut and paste reply which I found very insulting as I have been purchasing Weird Fish for many years”

“Parcel arrived via my Hermes. It had been ripped open and one of the two items was missing. My Hermes had sealed it in one of their own marked bags so I wouldn't notice this and couldn't reject delivery. Had a prompt refund from Weird Fish after I sent photos as evidence. A very poor reflection on My Hermes rather than Weird Fish but it does put me off ordering again sadly! Lovely clothes though!!”

“Very saddened to find that after wearing weird fish t-shirts for over 12 years that the recents changes they have made to their sizing means they no longer fit. 2XL is 8cm shorter in the length, although they say it is only 1.5cm shorter, they should compare the old & new t-shirt & find it has changed that much”

“BLOUSE ORDERED SIZE 16 ON TICKET-SIZE 10 ON BLOUSE. ALSO FLEECE ORDERED WHICH CAME SCREWED UP AND HAD A OUTLET TICKET ON IT. ALL PREVIOUS ORDERS GREAT..NO ISSUES BUT THIS HAS CHANGED MY MIND ON REORDERING. SUCH A SHAME.”

“Nice fabric, design - but just so badly cut. Ordered a shirt and a macaroni jumper: both in Large. Shirt sleeves really short, jumper sleeves really long, body is wide enough for 2 people.”

“The quality of the items was fine but ordered a different colour to the one delivered. Seems that they knew there was an issue but just sent it anyway. Only option was to return the wrong colour but due to Covid restrictions this wasn't easily organised so just decided to keep it. They didn't offer any other solutions.”
