“Sizes are just too large. Their "S" is what other brands have as an "M" or even an "L". Now I have to pay the postage cost in order to return it. Pity.”

“I would love to review my purchase but it's still not arrived. I will say that using Hermes as their courier company is a very poor choice. I would only make another purchase from weird fish if they used a proper courier company or the normal post.”

“I call to reorder and return damaged item was told they couldn’t match price ( had a 15% discount on original order) what a fuss they then had to raise with customer service who will have to email me. Expect won’t be here for Christmas now. Disappointed”

“Unfortunately it was not what we wanted. When we started buying T-Shirts from Weird Fish years ago the pictures were on the back.... why have you started putting them on the front, and not giving customers a choice of having them on the back or front... I've sent it back and currently waiting for my second choice.”

“Wanted a stocking filler for someone and thought the mats looked good. I was rather shocked when it arrived because there was only one drink mat. £4 seems rather a lot for one small mat.”

“The size 12 I ordered was huge. I’m a 14 and it was way too big for me. This made it impossible to order another size as I would not know what to order. Very disappointed.”

“Ordered wrong size too late to cancel. Was told to order size required and return first one when second arrives. Ordered new one never heard anything, after no email confirmation contacted you to be told order hasn't been received. Heard nothing since. Very dissapointed”

“In the past I have been able to choose from a range of products. Unfortunately, on this occasion, each time I selected an item that was, according to the website, available, I was informed that it was out of stock. I was also sent a despatch note that stated that all three items that were originally ordered had been sent even though only two items had actually been sent.”
