“I am not reviewing Weird Fish products, because love them, but rather their customer service. I ordered 3 items and the order was completed. Only to find when my parcel arrived that only one item was honoured. When i looked i had received an email saying such, however, this did not give me option of re choosing. This meant that the other items i would have opted for were also no longer available and if they have been i would have incurred postage charges. Not happy”

“Don't buy this belt if you are 30-32 waist it's far too long. Weiredfish state it's small to medium, it isn't, it's medium plus.”

“Ordered two cardigans only received one, and the other one I have returned as it looked as if it had been worsen and the buttonholes are two big for the buttons. Disappointing”

“The products are fantastic. I love all the tops, but it will be the last time I order online. Paid for next day delivery and it turned up 3 days late then it was left outside in the rain for two days while I was away. The helpline wasn't helpful and as I said. Next day delivery took 3 days. Next time I will go into the store. Great products bad service”

“I love Weird Fish. First time I've bought on-line rather than from a retailer. Order arrived in double quick time but goods were obviously faulty and have been returned. I may have been unlucky but suggests a lack of quality control.”

“Sizes are incorrect, I am a 42 inch waist and the large/xlarge is 2 inches short of the last hole, so in fact it fits a 40 inch waist which definitely isn' t a large !! However I am keeping the but am giving it to my son, as it is of very good quality, but doesn't fit me. I am very disappointed, and in future will not buy unless I try on first in the future.”

“I ordered my items on the 18th Dec for next day delivery. The WF website tracker system still shows a 19th Dec delivery date but nothing has arrived. The tracker link takes you to Hermes who state they are waiting for the goods from the sender. Dated 25th Dec.”

“Placed an order for a Christmas present for my husband. Order confirmation received from WF on 16 Dec for dispatch 17 Dec. I have been tracking order daily with Hermes who state “expecting order from supplier”. Telephoned WF today to chase delivery and received an email to say parcel has gone missing. Placed order again, but obvs won’t receive for Christmas. Very disappointing. Can’t answer any of the following questions as completely irrelevant! Suggest WF try using Royal Mail delivery.”
