“After nearly thee weeks I am advised that this item is no longer in stock. Although Customer Services (Lucy) have replied quickly to every email they clearly have not had access to the necessary information. I was also baffled by the advice on returns. No good asking for an exchange even though that was on the proforma as an option. Much better to ask for a refund and re-order. But for a product no longer available. Needs a bit of sorting out”

“The goods I ordered were not received. I reported this by email on 1st Dec, reply received 4th Dec offering to refund the total amount or supply the two items remaining in stock. Then today I also received this email asking for feedback on my purchase. Not very joined up thinking!”

“Ordered 2 tops which were available. Package delivered as promised. Imagine my surprise to find a dress for 3-4 years and skirt 2 sizes too large. The delivery note had correct items listed. Returned immediately but have since received refund as the items I ordered are no longer available in my size. Very disappointed.”
